Doctor Kunchala is really a wonderful Doctor.The problem is her staff. The women that answer the phone and work the desk are so unprofessional and ignorant. They are not helpful nor are they friendly. It got to the point we left because of this. It’s a shame. It’s not acceptable for patients to come in and disrespect staff just as much as it’s not acceptable for the staff to disrespect the patients. These women need to be fired and if this continues with the disrespect unfortunately the doctor will lose a lot of patience because nobody is going to be treated with such disrespect. I have been talked to in a very ignorant way I have been hung up on called names never in my life have I ever had to deal with this. They want you to call before you come in to answer Covid questions. They will sit there and let the phone ring and will not even pick it up. I am done with this office I will never come back. These women need classes in how to treat people. Most ignorant people I have ever met in my life. Very unprofessional staff.

Dr. Kunchala is seriously the most caring and compassionate doctor i have ever had. The staff and nurse is amazing always kind always upbeat, I suffer from anxiety and they just make the process easy. I dont know what I would do without them. Every visit we get one step closer to fixing my health problems. I wish I could give Dr. K 100 more gold stars! This office truly cares about their patients and will help in every way they can. Thank you guys so much!

Dr. Kunchala is absolutely incredible! I was left without a primary care provider for about four years after my family doctor retired. My mom began seeing Dr. Kunchala and had nothing but wonderful things to say about her so I went to see her myself, and I have to agree with my mom! Dr. Kunchala is the epitome of what a doctor should be - she is kind, genuine, caring, takes her time, and truly treats her patients like family. She is wonderful at explaining diagnoses, medications, symptoms, and just really breaking down the big medical terminology into language the average person can understand. It is such a relief knowing I am in the hands of a doctor I can full heartedly trust. She is wonderful!

Dr. Kunchala has been my primary for years.In my experience, Dr. Kunchala has always been attentive and thorough. The staff have been kind and helpful and Shaniqua (hopefully spelled correctly) is an awesome nurse- never missed a vein. Hahah

Dr. Kunchala is the best Doctor I've ever had. Her nurse, shanikia is the best nurse ever. And the office staff is the best EVER!!!!! No matter where I live in Will County, I will always drive to see her as my family doctor.

Dr. Kunchala, Sarah her PA and all the staff are so attentive and caring . They listen to your concerns to achieve the best solutions. The office does their best to get you an appointment quickly and if you need a blood draw, I like that you can have it done in house If you are looking for the very best in family medicine , I would highly recommend using this medical facility.
