I called to make an appointment as a new patient. The woman on the phone Jasmine took all my information and part of my medical history and said she would have the coordinator look at their schedule then call me back in a couple hours since she was in a meeting or no later than the next day with available times to make an appointment. Jasmine then calls me back the next day to verify the medical info and clearly she was NOT listening when I had spoken to her the previous day. She then tells me the coordinator is not in the office and she'll call me again the next day to set up an appointment. Now I have no doctor and no appointment as I have already left the former practice I was at.

Dr. Morris is very rude and nasty! Drs. Never have any information or result of your last appointment. Dr. Morris told me that he told another patient that she was going to die and so was her unborn child because she like myself refused a flu shot. Currently looking for a different Dr. dr Morris was so loud and obnoxious that I repeatedly told him to please BACK UP AND CALM down. I wouldn’t recommend him to ANYONE.

I was recommended to call this location from my primary care doctor. I was going to be a first time patient with them, however, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with them (I had to call three times and it took a day for someone to get back to me). Once I was contacted, the woman on the phone was very rude to me. I asked her to repeat where she was calling from, because at that point I had been looking into other offices, and she seemed shocked and upset that I would do such a thing. Then I asked her a question about the consultation process, to which she gave me information that was contrary to what I had heard from other offices and she delivered it in a manner that was extremely condescending. While I have had good experiences with other Advocate offices, I would not recommend this location.

Used to love this office. Was a patient for over 10 years and will no longer be going to this group any longer. Customer service is rude and gives false information. I would consider going somewhere else.
