She is so knowledgeable and such a caring doctor. We couldn’t ask for a better doctor for our family.

We had something that should have been very easy to diagnose. I don't feel that she was a good patient ambassador and I would not trust her to see my child again. We went to a specialist who accurately diagnosed something this doctor felt was more serious. We will not be taking our other children to DuPage Medical Group affiliate doctors. Very uncomfortable experience.

I have a chronic muscle disease that requires me to be on a very low dose of pain meds (as needed. I don't take regularly and a totally different doctors prescribes them) recently had a dislocation and needed a test. Basically, she didn't take me seriously and refused to order the test because of my meds. Obviously her 23 years of experience hasn't taught her not to judge patients.

I really like Dr. Schwartzers. She is nice, thorough, answers all my questions, really listens to me and my concerns, and gives all her attention to me during an appointment. She builds enough time into an appointment to order any prescriptions needed, and answer questions that may not have been planned. She is prompt, and I'm rarely left waiting for long for my appointment.

She has sent myself and my children to the er 3 too many times. She is the on call doctor and when I call I can't even finish my sentence, it's just get to the er. She just doesn't want to deal with it. Horrible. She even had the nerve to tell me over the phone when I called that my daughter who is 4, had a brain tumor! She had a head ache lady!!

I have been seeing Dr. Schwartzers since I was a child. She is a great doctor, but the wait at her office is unbearable. I am thinking about finding a new physician simply because I am tired of waiting 60-90 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. On my most recent visit I was told that the staff wasn't available to see me at my scheduled time because they were in a meeting. Even after I explained that I needed to leave for work the said no one was available to see me for my nurse appointment. Very frustrating.

Very wonderful Dr. She takes the time to listen your problem about your child, would recommend her to anyone!

On the first visit,Dr. Schwartzers address the concerns we had about my grandson,which two other Pediatricians had not. Very good listener and communicator. I give her a 10!!!

Never had such an attentive doctor who cares about her patients and will not stop until a cause is found.
