Since my doctor went from NCH in palatine to Endevor Health in Lombard my experience has been trash. Instead of letting the doctor doing the medical leave forms in the office they have to send it to forms department. So stupid because now you have to walk t weeks to get it signed and sent to your employer. I went to the doctor on December 5 and it is now January 10 and still didn’t get my paperwork signed. That’s very unprofessional and a pain just getting things signed instead of just doing it at the office. Love my doctor but how the office do things is stupid.

Came here on 12/10 for some tests that my PCP requested: Amrit Singh in the radiology department is absolutely wonderful!!! I was pretty nervous, but she was so nice. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything etc. If you happen to go there and get Amrit, just know that you are in good hands :) she deserves a raise and so much more recognition for her sympathetic, caring nature. She is in the right field for sure!

Good experience

I was on time, but waited close to an hour for my blood work. People who came after me were being seen first—very random. They now have the immediate care patients wait in the same room, so this waiting was while sitting with some obviously ill people coughing away. The patients and their health do not come first. I’m switching to Northwestern. Response to the answer below: To be clear, I wasn’t in the ER. I was at the lab for a scheduled blood test. They now use the same waiting room for Immediate Care. I was left sitting there long past my appointment time.

No wait on the 4th of July. They were able to do x-rays and diagnose within 30 minutes.

Ok so i did a review a few months ago on when i went to Edwards hospital Pulmonary Rehab in Naperville , and i did leave out a few things that maybe i should have included , Like the fact if you have breathing problems and you park in the parking garage ,that 3rd floor can be very suffocating in the elevator on a hot summer day since its all closed in . And lets not forget the limited amount of handicap parking and lets not forget the deception . You have to put so many days in but you also have to keep your doctors appointments so what happens is at the end of your time they simple celebrate saying you completed your course but then report back to the doctor that you didnt. Now when your waiting for a lung transplant it makes a big differance and plays a big role . Doctors office is just as bad . So there was no lung transplant

Horrible billing department. I was charged so much after when went with my insurance, never replied to my messages or calls since October 2023 and sent me to collections without answering my messages or calls. Their estimates are a lie and when you point out they say they don't control that. They file double claims with my insurance and when question they said they don't control that either. I was charged prior to some x-rays 310.00 and they told me that was my deductible and that I was not going to pay more. After I paid they billed me for 415 more. Did not answer anything when i asked about why. I was billed 195.00 after my deductible for blood work which they also told me i had nothing else to pay but the deductible. I ended up paying for their lack of transparency because they sent me to collections without communicating anything then refuse to help because it was not with them anymore.

Why tell us to show up early for an appointment if you’re going to have the office doors locked until 8am?
