This doctor is very compassionate and helps you to feel extremely relaxed. I’ve been seeing him for a couple years after having sinus surgery twice in one year. He did the second surgery. I see him every 3 to 4 months for check ups. I would not hesitate to send any family or friends who could benefit from his specialty. There are not excessive wait times with any of the doctors in this practice. I never feel rushed during my visits. The building is extremely clean and bright. Ample parking with many handicap parking spaces. Very polite staff.

So upset with doctors who simply do not listen. I’ve been seeing Dr N, he actually did my sinus surgery, and now he continues to not listen to me, my symptoms and how & where the pain is coming from. After almost a year and so many Dr (GP, ENT & Spine) finally someone ordered an MRI and determine I had a staff infection and a BRAIN TUMOR! Now, Dr N. please listen to your patients.

First time seeing Dr. Ung and he was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough assessment of my problem, reviewed my chart well, and answered all of my questions without being in a rush. As a RN, I am picky with my medical providers and I would highly recommend Dr. Ung.

I was treated and eventually had surgery done by Dr Ung and have referred family and friends to him ..he is truly an amazing Dr , he has empathy, actually listens, great sense of humor and doesnt rush the patient. I actually work in healthcare myself for the last 20 plus years and Dr Ung is by far the best Dr I have had the pleasure of meeting. He knows his stuff and will still remember you doesn't matter how long its been. If you need an ENT Dr Ung is by far the best !!!!

On the recommendation of a friend I visited Dr. Ung. I had sinus infections several times a year for a long time. He is caring, kind and smart. He is eager to help his patients and passionate about the work he does to help them. After sinus surgery I have been so much healthier! If you ever need help, he is willing to step in and do what he can to bring relief. If you need help with your ears, nose or throat and live in the Lombard or Naperville areas, see him. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot brag enough about the dedication, kindness and professionalism of Dr. Feodor Ung! I came under his care on the recommendation of a friend who had sinus surgery by Dr. Ung. He is current on the latest care and techniques, and eager to help patients feel better. I had suffered from multiple yearly sinus infections for several years. He was able to perform surgery to clear my sinus passages and prescribed treatment afterward that has kept me infection free for a long time. He also helped my husband who suffers from nasal polyps. I saw Dr Ung for the first time today. I think he is wonderful. I'd been leery about seeing an ENT and the possibility of sinus surgery. Dr. Ung does not rush into surgery and tries alternative things first. He has great people skills and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Ung educates his patients and they mutually find a treatment plan.

Dr. Ung is an amazing doctor. He listens to you and takes the time to explain things and answer all of your questions. Dr Ung truly cares about his patients and has a great bedside manner.

He’s the best ENT that I trust. I went to another before that I wasn’t comfortable with to do my nose turbinate reduction procedure, so I changed to DR Ung and he did awesome job. He knows what he’s doing and easy to talk to.

Dr. Ung is kind, caring, and solution based. For over 2 years, I have been suffering from jaw, ear and head pain. I was referred to him from a colleague of mine. By listening carefully and taking a proactive measure, Dr. Ung gave me so much relief so quickly. I am so thrilled with my treatment it was truly life changing. I cannot say thank you enough.
