I’m an infusion patient at IVX Health in Altamonte Springs.. the staff in this facility are knowledgeable professional friendly and very accommodating. I was so nervous walking in and the staff made me feel at ease the second I walked in. I didn’t know what to expect and was very surprised to have a private room with a recliner and a big screen tv It was great.. I was so at ease and so comfortable that I fell asleep for 3 hours I highly recommend IVX Health. Thanks IVX Health Staff for being so AMAZING ♥️

The IVX center in morristown is AMAZING I was so scared about my treatments but the ladies made it as painless and comfortable as possible The staff was the best and the treatment was great I HIGHLY recommend that place for treatments

IVX Health Infusion Center has made the process of getting my infusion medication very easy. Stacy helped me sort out insurance approvals as well as copay assistance we all know what a headache this is. The staff onsite are very caring and gentle. The facility itself is SUPER comfy and clean. They have snacks drinks your own private room with a tv wifi and really nice recliner. Come here even if its a bit of a drive for you its a really refreshing break from dealing with problems while trying to get care. THE BEST ☺️

My daughter has been getting infusions for a while but we have done home infusions and childrens hospital. We were very happy with the care accommodations and privacy at IVX. We would recommend you to anyone that needs infused medications.

I have been on Remicade for a few years and had to go to IVX due to Insurance.Shortly after starting my infusion the nurse comes in and speeds up the drip. I have been there twice and had bad reactions after she did this .I have been in remission and now I’m having to see what other options I have because my doctor doesn’t want me to go back.

Ive been to a total of 4 different infusion facilities due to insurance and insurance change but out of all them this one has been the best one hands down Staff is very professional and attentive to your needs

I love all the people that work there. I am glad they are still open and i can get my infusion. They are very kind courteous and professional. I LOVE ALL YOU GUYS
