A referral for Dr. Choi was given to me after my ortho. retired. I saw Dr. Choi about a week ago. He came into the exam room 1hr and 15 min. late. Told me if I wanted to get in on time I should make an appt for 8:00 am or 1:00 pm. He leaned against the wall, arms crossed over his chest and legs crossed at the ankles. Proceed to ask who the patient was, my husband or I. Never looked at the chart. Wanted to know what we were there for. Did absolutely nothing, felt my knee through my jeans and said I had fluid on it, but he would take care of it when I came in for a time release cortisone shot. I looked up the shot when I returned home and promptly called and cancelled the shot and he both. Needless to say I am through with Elmhurst Ortho. I know who his mentor was, a wonderful, dedicated Dr. This guy a big shoes to fill if he can actually fill them.

Was very thorough easy to communicate with, left me with a plan for my rehabilitation of my shoulder, considering my needs and expectations. Excellent doctor.

Dr Choi is a very professional Dr. He cares about his patients, explains everything you need to know regarding your issue— I highly recommend him and his entire Team!!! What you got to do is follow up all his instructions and you will recover as he says- It’s a matter of patience, perseverance, and trust on your Dr.

I came to Dr. Choi because of recent pain with my knees and he was attentive to my concerns along with answering all my questions as well. Dr. Choi also went into detail on the x-rays and explained everything to me along with suggesting a couple of stretches and exercises I could do. I didn't feel rushed throughout the whole exam and I was put to ease about my knee pain. I would definitely recommend Dr. Choi!
