Dr. Weiss is the most thoughtful and knowledgeable pediatrician. He genuinely cares for each one of his patients and does such a wonderful job with our 3 children!

Dr. Weiss is a wonderful doctor. He knows his patients and really cares about them. When my kids have been sick he has called to check up on them until he has known that they are feeling better.

Dr. Mark Weiss, was not only my pediatrician as a child but I also currently take BOTH of my kids (3 & 3 months) to his office. As an adult I have tried to find a doctor that simply cares as much about his patients (and their families) as his team does. I would recommended Dr. Weiss, Cindy and Co to ANYONE.

Dr. Weiss is so patient, kind, and thorough. He spends so much time with the kiddos, I never feel rushed, and answers any and all questions.

I called to make an appointment for my son I explained what was going on and I was trying to make an appointment for the following day or somthing that would work with my work schedule seeing as I’m a single mother so me getting my hours is important seeing as I am the sole provider for my children. When I told her I was at work it was like she was disgusted with the fact that I was going to make his appointment for another day she demanded that I bring him today and he be seen today so I left work to go get my son from my sitter and drive all the way to Lombard the office was aware that I was coming from work. I ended up calling the scheduling center to let them know I wasn’t going to arrive at 4:45 seeing as I was still driving to them. I let them know I wouldn’t be there till 5:06 the scheduler called over to dr mark Weiss office and explained I had to leave work go pick up son up and head to LOMBARD when the scheduler got back on the phone he had said how they would accommodate me but I couldn’t arrive any later then 5:06 not even five min later the office is calling me and this time it’s someone located in the office and she said to me if I don’t show up at 5:00 I won’t be seen I as in my seven year old son and I explained to her I wouldn’t get there right at 5.. I walk in the office at 5:07 and the lady sitting at the desk is nothing but attitude and if I could I would report dupage medical to the BBB. She said they accommodated and no they didn’t not only did the scheduler know I had to leave from work which was about 20 mins from my home to get to my home to travel to Lombard which is another 20 mins. As a pediatrician this isn’t accommodating anything parents work from 8am-5 pm a pediatric doctors office should not CLOSE at 5. I loved my pediatrician until this. I got my son all the way to that office for the lady in front to try and argue with me as I’m already frustrated they know I was not going to get there at 5:00 they knew I was going to arrive at 5:07 for them to refuse to see him and claim his doctor left that’s not how you should run any business now I’m at an urgent care. I will be changing doctors in the near future

Wait time is always ridiculously long. You literally wait 30 minutes before they even call you to the back, to wait more. When he finally sees his patients, I feel like we're always rush out the door. Need to find someone else.

He is really straight forward even with smaller children. He does not hold back any information, and offers really good advice. Staff is helpful and easy to work with.

Dr. Weiss has been all 5 of my kids' pediatrician since 1992. He and his staff have provided OUTSTANDING care for all medical concerns, including oldest son's burst appendix and daughter's cleft palate/congenital heart condition. I wish my granddaughters lived in IL so he could be their doctor. Exhibits superior concern, follow-up and assistance with seeking specialist care when needed. Trust him completely for care from newborn thru those tricky adolescent years (he asks all the right questions!)

Dr Weiss has provided GREAT service to our children for over 15 years! He has diagnosed issues that were overlooked by the ER- and countless other problems. I think my kids are still alive because of him! Thank you Dr. Weiss--
