I had a dog bite that ended up needing 12 stitches. From start to finish, the level of professionalism was superb. The staff were very friendly. The registration process was quick and while I was told my wait time was an estimated two hours, they got me in, in about 35 minutes. The attending Physician Assistant, Justin Jacobson, was phenomenal as was the supporting crew that prepped my leg for stitches and provided follow-up instructions for home care treatment of my wound. The nurse was very kind, but I went in for a really bad cough and the doctor didn’t even take a look at my throat or really even at me. I’m going on day 7 of being really sick and coughing like a horse.

I’ve been to other immediate cares in the area but riverside was by far the best. I genuinely felt that the doctor was looking out for my best interest and was considerate of the fact that my insurance isn’t great - only recommending what was completely necessary. This felt more like a family-owned operation than a corporate one. Staff was warm/welcoming from the secretary on. Quick service too. Highly recommend. My first visit was exactly what I needed for efficient and effective care. I was able to complete paperwork by a text upload all documents which I thought was a classy adjustment to writing down all those form’s and questions. Being a new patient …I was seen by a physician and able to get prescription meds and get to my job early! I’m from the philadelphia and New Jersey area and and my children have been to a doctor in the area but I have two jobs and I have not seen a doctor in a long time.
