I was a patient for about 6 years. My yearly appointment was scheduled with his NP after this appointment Dr. B decided I need scoped, an invasive procedure, no one can tell me why I need it. Dr. B will not talk to me personally. He’s making this decision after an appointment he didn’t even attend. All I know is he won’t refill the prescription he knows I need, because I don’t feel it’s necessary to have a invasive procedure done if no one will give me a rock solid reason. I told his nursing staff id like to talk to him and he has yet to call so I moved on.

Listens and says ends the time to work with you and to figure out the best treatment. He called me 3 hours after I returned a monitor to give my results directly to me a 6 at night.

I feel the office could care less how they bill it (code it) for your insurance company to pay. With colon cancer in my family and also having 2 scopes before with polyps I ended having to cancel my appointment because I know my insurance now would not pay if polyps were found with his coding. Just glad I found this out before. When I called to cancel all was said was ok.

The receptionist attitude is RUDE and insensitive! THIS is the second time I've called to make an URGENT appointment and been turned away! I went to the ER and was recommended BACK to the office and NOW they wont allow me to make an appointment until my co pay FROM OVER A YEAR AGO is paid in full.... (only $60) TERRIBLE SERVICE , WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!!!!
