This is the worst excuse for a mental health facility ever. I was having a mental health emergency and my counselor didn't even bother calling me back. I was freaking out on the phone to them and the only thing they did for me was try to connect me to a voicemail. I could have killed myself 10 times in the amount of time it took for them to get back to me. 1 week it took to hear a response. And when I told someone this just now, I didn't even get an apology. They obviously do not care about the individuals that need help. To them this is just another job to pay the bills and they all need to find work elsewhere if they do not care about people.
If I could rate no stars I would...
This facility is supposed to help rehabilitate ex convicted felons. However, some of the employees purposely aggravate and harass the participants in order to get a negative reaction out of them so they can deny their movement and give negative reports to their probation and parole officers. My cousin is a participant and tonight I witnessed 3 employees Rose, Ken and Melody, hiding behind a tree at his job. They constantly call to make sure he's there and that is understandable. But to go as far as having 3 employees hide behind a tree to "verify" he is there is beyond unprofessional. Why not just walk in the establishment and ask the manager if he's there or to speak with him? When asked why they were hiding behind the tree they became defensive, made derogatory remarks and called the police. The police came and asked them to leave.Behavior like this causes already hesitant employers to refrain from hiring ex felons. They then end up reverting back to old illegal habits and end up in the same spot. Way to go Ken, melody and Rose.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
