Would have left five but the receptionist is always standoffish. The nurse practitioners are always speedy and helpful.

Receptionist was patient and helpful. She really should be acknowledged, always pleasant and smiling even in chaotic times. Got in and out quickly. Prescription was called in quickly and waiting when we got there.

The entire experience was great. Lori Carpenter was awesome at taking care of my son. Went in depth with her concerns and answered my concerns. Wonderful experience even though my son was pretty sick, she took great care of him.

They were wonderful with my son, he’s 5 and so scared to go to the doctor, they were super nice and made him feel a lot better esp assuring him he wasn’t getting a shot! And the dr the newest at Marshall, she was super sweet as well!
