Very unhelpful and dismissive in a serious situation. Their phone system is a hassle. You have to keep calling back because the system hangs up on you instead of putting you on hold.

I’ve always been treated very well at Dr.Paulks office. The staff is friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr.Paulk to anyone looking for a primary doctor.

He is very caring. It took me a long time to find a doctor that truly listens and lays out all options. Dr. Paulk gives thorough instructions, but at the same time is able to make me feel comfortable.

I would never recommend this incompetent office. No sense of urgency. Could care less about patients and there needs.

I had really high hopes for this Dr. as he has decent ratings. However, how this is the case is unknown to me. He has a complete lack of care for his patients and their well being. I have been treated very poorly by the Dr. and staff. They are incredibly hard to reach, they never take care of insurance referrals, they don’t add anything to your patient portal, they deny medication requests not only from calling or messaging yourself but pharmacy requests as well. I would not recommend to anyone EVER.

Dr Paulk is a very knowledgeable, caring Dr. He went to bat for me with insurance, other drs, just things most drs don't do. If he didn't know the answer he'd find someone who did. He knew my body inside & out.

Dr. Paulks support staff in his office are very unprofessional, and arrogant. I was treated very poorly, and then he refused to treat me while I was in the middle of a serious illness and had to repeatedly go to the Cox Urgent care and ER just to have treatment.
