It is very difficult to find a doctor who listen and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Shepperson is highly knowledgeable, cares on what the patients feels (including emotionally), and doesn't push towards any invasive procedure without valuating pro and cons with the patient. I highly recommend him.

He did both my knee replacements in 2020 at different times. I have my life back. I forget I even have knee replacements, they feel that good! I can’t praise him enough. My scars aren’t noticeable. He has a great bedside manner, easy to talk to, explains things well, listens, and does not make you feel rushed at appointments. Very caring and competent surgeon. I very highly recommend!

Dr Shepperson is an awesome doctor, he gave me my life back! I highly recommend him. He is a great listener and I didn’t feel rushed at any visit. The surgery went well and you can’t hardly see the incision.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Shepperson to anyone and everyone. He is a KNOWLEDGEABLE and HIGHLY COMPETENT surgeon who also has a WONDERFUL bed side manner and is EXTREMELY KIND!. He replaced both my knees, both my dad’s hips, as well as my dad’s neighbors hips. We all think he is the BEST and can’t BRAG ENOUGH about him! We ALL 3 have NO MORE PAIN. He even sat and TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN to me whine about scars afterwards which should have been the least of my worries. The END RESULTS 2 PAIN FREE KNEES and 2 BARELY NOTICEABLE SCARS, you have to really look to even see them! I am SO PLEASED with the whole experience and the end results. A BIG BIG THANK YOU to Dr Shepperson and team!

Dr. Shepperson is an excellent doctor. Listens to what you have to say. Shows he cares about your well being. Staff are all friendly and considerate. Make you feel comfortable. Even when you call the office they answer the phone and if they can't answer your question they take the time to get an answer for you. This is something I'm not use to with my family doctor or the staff.

A hate to write this review because first off dr shepperson is an AMAZING physician he is kind and understanding and thorough one of the best doctors I’ve found in the area. I have seen him as an orthopedic doctor periodically since I moved here for shoulder and hip pain and never had a problem in seeing him in a reasonable amount of time (usually I have gotten by with cortisone injections as opting for surgery was a last resort we discussed)...until today when I called because I’m having immense pain in my shoulder and hip and was told by less than pleasant staff that despite my pain I could not get a 15 minute for either my shoulder or hip but not both for TWO months. My calculations would indicate that in two month time frame the doctor will be seeing 1000 patients and the staff said he has well over 1000 patients....I’m sorry but something is dramatically wrong and different about this practice...no doctor should be over expanding his caseload at the expense of patient care especially patients who need to be seen periodically. At the expense of my pain I’m going to have to find another doctor an hour away from me instead of 10 minutes. Yes office staff I was angry but than again I guess you have no idea what it’s like to be in constant pain that could probably be relieved in 5 minutes the least you could have said is let me talk to the doctor and see if he can hopefully got you in. Bottom line here find another doctor because you’ll have to wait months for a 15 minute appointment.

Dr. Shepperson is a caring, highly skilled surgeon. He replaced by left knee and I was up and walking the day after surgery. I highly recommend his services.

An amazing doctor. Very kind patient and understanding. Acts like he has all the time in the world for you in the questions that you may have. I'm 11 days post op with a total hip replacement and I feel amazing!! Thank you Dr shepperson and staff for giving my life back to me!!

We appreciated the knowledge and commitment, Dr. Shepperson showed during our son's recent injury. Very impressive was the length of time he took to accurately identify/treat the injury. In addition, the kind and sensitive bedside manner he portrayed with his level of professionalism. We are fortunate to have such a surgeon on this side of the river.

He did a great job on knee replacements; however, two years out I'm still in terrible pain in my left knee. He kept saying the implant looked good. Well, so be it, but I'm still using a cane and in pain daily. He finally told me to get a second opinion. He's a nice guy and all, but that doesn't stop my pain. So my advice, if you have post-op pain don't expect any help from him.
