List of Susan Schaberg's Reviews
I made an appointment with this physician four months ago but when I arrived, they did not have my appointment nor did they have any record of me calling and scheduling or even my previous procedure that I had done a few years ago. The receptionist was rude and did not appear to care about what happened or how to remedy it. I was able to make an appointment for less than two weeks with another physician and office in the area. I will not return, nor will my husband or mother in law.
I have been going to Dr. Schaberg for years. I am impressed with her knowledge and service. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else.
Dr was very friendly.
My first appointment was today, i arrived 10 minutes early they took my insurance card, drivers license & co pay. I waited over an hour i went to the window to get my belongings and my copay and left without seeing the doctor. I would not recommend this office. Sadly the office staff did not seem organized but I heard the doctor is great.
I am very unhappy with this office. First, Dr. Shaberg is rather rude. She made several racist remarks about me working at the location I work -- not okay. Secondly, she is fairly intrusive and doesn't explain what she's doing. A lot "I hope this works...." or "I think it's okay..." comments. Again, not okay for a doctor. Many of the office staff workers are very rude. Have left countless rude voicemails on my phone from billing due to insurance issues (their fault, not the insurance) and continually tells me, I better get it figured out before I come back to see them. I will most definitely be looking for a new doctor.
I was referred to this office 2 months ago. I am an RN and became ill with Parkinson's and Dementia. I have fallen between the cracks temporarily and have IPA. My referral was through BJC referral dept. They match with insurance. It was approved by IDPA. I gave my insurance when making appt. When I got there this morning, a very rude receptionist looked down her nose at me and threw my card back at me and told me they don't take IPA. I tried to show my referral letter, but she wouldn't even look at it. I told her a gave insurance info when making appt. She said she didn't care I was not going to be seen.
I’ve been seeing Dr Shaberg for ten years. She has done 3 different biopsies for different skin problems. One was a nose cancer that she removed years ago with no repercussions. She has frozen many spots on my head, face and back with success. She had down full body inspections twice.I rate her A+ and my wife also likes her care.
Dr schaberg and staff were excellent. Only problem is difficulty in getting appointment. Very busy but will work patient in for urgent problem
Called this morning as a new patient, was highly dissatisfied. Receptionist was short and unhelpful and very unwelcoming. Did not want to schedule with that office. Will be looking elsewhere.
How on earth can such a good doctor allow such rude office staff? Surely there are enough people eager for employment that she could find people that are not so unnecessarily and blatantly nasty to patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
