I had to wait over 30 minutes to see the doctor, but she was on a call with Mayo so I feel that was understandable. She and other staff apologized for the wait. I didn't feel it was detrimental to my overall visit.

She is attentive to me. Explains things and answers questions. She welcomes my guest with me and includes them in the discussion. Explains the pictures of scans. She is an encourager. She has a sense of humor which I appreciate because cancer is hard. I feel confidence in her and she is willing to reach out to Mayo. When I have illnesses come up and go to urgent care I am able to text her about the visit and get her recommendations as well. I have great confidence in her.
