My experience with Dr. Weir was “Horrible.” I had not met him prior to my laser procedure. He walked into the room and did not introduce himself or tell me about the procedure. Nine months later 2/2022, I have scars all over my face due to the laser treatment and his ineptitude. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Dr. Weir did more for my skin in 1 visit than the previous 20 years of dermatology visits I had tried. It is not an exaggeration to say that his treatment protocol changed my life! He took the time to understand my issue and thoroughly explain the solution.

Did a nice job explaining what needed to happened. Had several follow up visits. I got more accomplished in a few months that several years seeing my previous Dermatologist.

Spent no time getting to know me, was clearly in a hurry to move me along. Did not explain my options well. Created a frantic experience that led to a bad result. Performed procedure hurriedly/inadequately. Subsequent doctors have confirmed that he should not have performed the procedure in the manner he did. His nurse and staff seemed similarly harried and disinterested. Avoid!
