He told me I had allergies, three weeks later im bleeding from my ears and can't hear. Refused to listen to me at all.

He put tubes in my daughters ear in July, I took her for a check up he told me “her ears look excellent”. The very next day I took her to her doctor because she’s been very irritable her doctor checked her ears an her right ear the tube was blocked. He does not do a thorough job it’s literally in and out. My daughter is only one and can’t tell me what hurts and for him to tell me her ears look good. Am they was not is frustrating!

I saw Dr Nguyen about 2 months ago. I tried to explain to him that I am a Gulf War soldier with Gulf War syndrome. He didn't want to hear anything I had to say. He made an unconfirmed assumption that it is allergies . His treatment did nothing for me. I called to see their other Dr. He won't take any patient from Dr Nguyen. I guess this request happens too much. So my advice is don't accept any appointment with Dr Nguyen because then you will have to travel to another clinic to see a real ENT Dr. Pretty pathetic that I am not allowed to switch Drs. Maybe if he is so bad that all his patients want to switch then they should get rid of him instead of covering for him. I am a disabled Veteran in need of help that they refuse to help.

He seen my husband after 5 other ed drs and 3 radiologists said the same thing and sent us to him and the hearing girl that he had do my husbands hearing test. Said the same as the other 5 drs. He told my husband that he was just full of wax and that the other drs that diagnosed him with mastoiditis an infection and fluid in bone behind ear. were not specialists and wrong. My husband ended up in Barnes Jewish in Mo. with surgery and antibiotics to drain the fluid and infection. There was also infection in my husbands lumbar puncture test. After I disagreed with him as I am an LPN and knew something was wrong with my husband he got irate and said hey I’m the Dr. Will never recommend this man or go to him again wouldn’t take my animal to him

We had a very distasteful experience. Encounter took place at Crawford Memorial Hospital. Dr. walks in, doesn't even look in patients ear and says "I don't think there is anything wrong with your ear"! Very hateful--our response was - well you haven't even looked at her ear. He says well I don't see anything. So my sister pulled the bottom part of my 95 year old Mother's ear down and showed him what the problem was! He says well that is just cartilage! So we asked, well why is it all swollen up and appears to almost look a boil. It has been there over 6 months and has only gotten worse. He says to get a new hearing aide! Our response was that this her 3rd new pair and this pair has been ground down 3 times. Her ear has not improved so ear Dr. suggested we see a "specialist". To make a long story short, he was very rude, never did give us any answers as to what the problem was. Then he asked "is your husband still alive"!!!! We have no earthly idea what that had to do with anything. He asked several "personal questions" that was very unprofessional and didn't belong in any office setting. Why he would ask such questions we have no idea and was completely astonished. Needless to say we walked out and our Mother was crying. This is the worst case of Doctoring we have ever seen and we have seen a lot. It is very sad to think that we actually have Doctors like this seeing patients.

Had double biopsy today, and Dr and staff made my experience as pain and stress free as possible. Just wish I could give more stars... made me feel like family. This boy doesn't just ride bike and run, he's a very astute and funny guy with a humble charisma

Dr Nguyen, saved my life about 15 years ago I know he will most likely never see this or ever remember me. He was the surgeon that removed my thyroid and cancer. What an amazing Dr he was. Thank you

Dr Nguyen says he did everything he could but he had no idea what was going on with my hearing loss. It's still at 90% to 95% hearing loss in my right ear. I feel the dr just gave up on me.

He’s great with my one year old son

I went to this Dr. NGUYEN I wasn't pleased on the fact that my sleep study both of them did said that one on July 2017 that I do have it sleep apnea then I took another one in October of last year and it said the machine was corrected by the machine. I went through three Dr's besides Nguyen on last Friday they all said that I need to loose the dang weight I have been working on it. I lost 42 pounds since I started this but I keep on snoring really bad and I had snose surgery as well so all of the dr.s that I have seen they said I don't have it but I do they are hole bunches of liers. I perferd Not to go to this quack at all.
