The one star isn't the rating for the Doctor. I actually haven't made it that far yet. It's FOR THE ANSWERING SERVICE for his office. I had to call 2 times; one to find out info and try to make an appointment and that first time the lady that answered not only did she not provide a name but was very uncooperative after I gave her all the information in regards to the Dr. that I was looking to see and the address. Even after I provided the address, she claimed that she didn't couldn't find it. I suggested that she google it because that's how I found it and she rudely hung up on me. I called a 2nd time and after briefing how I was treated to what seems to be a nurse. She transferred again to the ANSWERING SERVICE and once again I was treated very rude and disrespectful and this 2nd person who lies and refuses to provide her name was even passive aggressive and short with me. I asked her name because in case that I needed to call back and she says that there's no need for that because the call is being recorded and I told her: I hope it is because you are being very rude and passive aggressive and treating me with a rude tone. She continued to be short, rude and passive aggressive throughout the entire conversation even as I provided information to see when the Dr would be available to take a new patient. I'm very disappointed with THE TEAM IN THE ANSWERING SERVICE associated with the Dr. or taking calls for him to set up appointments. There's no reason whatsoever to talk to anyone like that over the phone or in person. One could only be lead to believe that they would be worse in person. The Dr. and management needs to know about the people working on their team and address this issue because it's only driving people away.

Terrific experience. Desk personnel were friendly and professional. My intact nurse was so nice and made me feel relaxed. Dr Winger as well as the student with him we’re both friendly and asked all the right questions about my knees. He gave me new (to me) information about my knee. I left with a solid plan in place. Both Dr Winger and his staff and the office itself are highly recommended.

I’ve been going to see Dr Winger for over 5years!! Very professional. And the plus he is bilingual it helps my husband he’s not fluent in English so it works out for both of us!! I love my nurse
