I have suffered with neck & shoulder pain after being a full time caregiver for many years. Athletico has helped me so very much, yay! Shane was my PT & he was incredibly patient & knowledgeable..and friendly. Each visit I was welcomed by the women at the front desk & then by Shane, often calling out a “Hello” as he was working with another person. He also discovered that I was dealing with some balance issues (I thought it was just old age) & we worked on improving that too. I will readily go back again as the need may arise & request Shane.. he’s The Best. 😊

Jacquline and all of the staff here are extraordinary at their craft. Their hands on, knowledgeable approach is 2nd only to the personal touch of compassion they show everyone who walks through their door. Much LOVE, ❤️ 🏥

Athletico was an amazing place. From day one walking in everyone was so nice. They all seem to care about my injury and why I was there. The three I was working with all knew there jobs very well and took there time with me and my ability to do the exercises. Every person working there it was a pleasure meeting you and working with you until I was feeling better to walk away on my own. I would highly recommend AthletiCo to any person who is in need of therepy.

When I first arrived at the McHenry Athletico six years ago, I didn’t know what to expect. What I received was exemplary service, and a staff that was attentive to every patient. When you walk in, you are greeted by a five star welcoming committee (Debbie and Deanna). They are the best, and go out of their way to help everyone. As far as Physical Therapists go, my first appointment was with Brandon. He is caring, very patient, thinks outside the box, and has taken extra courses to help further my recovery. He has been my PT every MWF since that first day. The staff as a whole are wonderful, but my nighttime crew provides the laughter when I need it the most. Thank you Brandon, Debbie, Megan, Jackie, Sarah, Anthony, and Jordan.

I had patellar tendon surgery and My PT Cristal and her assistants have been absolutely amazing with the compassion, charisma, and knowledge they have when they help me and everyone. Thank you for getting me back to normal and pushing my limits confidently. Front desk ladies.. Debbie and Deanna make you feel comfortable and have hearts of gold! Top notch service across the board! Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, ready to answer questions & help with therapy. Shane listens to my concerns & structures my time with him accordingly. Anthony has helped with my exercises often & is tuned in to my limits. I feel confident to be working on progress with them.
