I absolutely love Dr. Hall and all his staff. They are soooo knowledgeable, caring and EXPERIENCED!!! I love how you don't have to wait to get in to appointments. After surgery, they are so responsive, day and night. They are the hardest working people in medicine I've ever known. I feel 100% confident in Dr. Hall's abilities as well as his staff.

I would just like to verify every five star review of Dr. Hall and his staff. Jamie at the front desk is busy helping, and her care for every person who walked through their door reminded me of what Mr. Roger’s mom always told him, “look for the helpers.” She is kind and compassionate, for which I am grateful. Denise was the nurse who brought me back, so sweet and warm. Their X-ray tech was kinda as well. Dr. Hall was a gentleman. Eye contact is important to me and he surely gave me his full attention, along with a great deal of respect. Compassion and intelligence is his bedside manor. I’m grateful to have met him and his staff.

Listens and explains. Not in a rush to do surgery. Nurses who work in surgery recommend him. Staff very pleasant and easy to schedule appointments. I have been to several orthopedic doctors and I am very satisfied with his care.

My right hip started bothering me in May. Being 67, I assumed it was just another old age malady. However, it got worse. I made an appointment to see Dr.Hall. I cannot have MRIs because of my pacemaker so an ex ray had to suffice. After an examination, it was determined a hip replacement was required. Covid has not made scheduling surgery a simple task so an appointment was made for August 8. The pain became unbearable so I begged to move it up. Denise, the Dr's right hand woman jumped thru hoops to move the surgery to July 27. On July 22, my old appendix decided it was time to go so instead getting a new hip, I lost an organ! This delayed the replacement until 9/9. I cannot say enough about Dr. Hall and his staff. Not only did he do a splendid job on my hip, he relieved gout in my foot and elbow, shoulder pain and recently knee pain. He is kind, straightforward, dedicated and an all around awesome man. 2020 has been a pretty crazy year for all of us. If you're in pain and need excellent care, Dr. Hall and his wonderful staff will provide the best possible. I've never spent more than 10 minutes waiting which is almost unheard of in today's world.

A wonderful Doctor. I've had a very rare case in which he has only seen a few times. Ever time I have seen him and his staff they have been wonderful.

The staff, particularly Jamie B., was an exceptional help! She was very knowledgeable and got to know me through the phone just like a friend. I definitely recommend if you want exceptional service from the staff!

Dr. Robert Hall is a great & excellent doctor ... He's taken care of me ever since I had hurt my Left Ankle almost 5 Years ago he did my surgery & he took care of this year after I fractured my left ankle & my right thumb he gave me an cortisone injection..... I need to make another appointment with him again cause of my right thumb is locking up again
