The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I asked her a simple question and her response and demeanor was not appropriate. I’ve never felt so disrespected in a professional setting until now. Do not recommend, you won’t be able to ask a simple question without getting spoken to disrespectful. Should not be working in customer service.

If I could I will not have any stars for this office !!!! Horrible customer service ... Md is very nice but receptionist is very rude and not friendly !!!!! I will never call this office again to schedule any procedure or visits !!!!! I’ve Ben calling this office since 8:00am and they finally answer the phone at 4:00pm !!!!!Never again ! I will never recommend this office to anyone not because of MD - it’s because the receptionists !!!!! MD - is time to change receptionist !!!!

You can tell this man is wise. He is not fast, but has wisdom from many years of patients. Within a half hour he was able to point out my issue as possible connected problems and ordered tests. The office could improve their customer service with no interruptions to patient room.
