Great staff and great service
I have had nothing but great luck with this place. The staff is wonderful. Working with kids, I've been here for covid tests, and today pink eye. Thank you.
FRAUDULENT BILLING ALERT! Over $8000 billed for one Covid test. We went here for a COVID test in January, 2022. They billed $545 and insurance paid out $182 at that time. They then billed an additional $7500 in “facility fees” in November 2023. Fortunately, the fraudulent bill was caught and not paid.
they charged me $5k for one visit, no tests no xrays. scam do not come here please im begging u

Everyone was friendly and professional and the place was super clean and they took my insuranceI would definitely recommend Westlake Urgent Care
Frequented this clinic as my doctor's office did not have any available appointments and it was suggested to me to be tested for COVID because I was experiencing severe throat pain and the coughing I had was resulting in chest pain/back pain. The nurse took my vitals, swabbed my nose and throat for COVID, flu and strep. The doctor came in spoke with me for all of three minutes and told me to come see him in 7 days for a retest. Why when I can get tests through my ins. for free? No meds prescribed, no health history taken, no exam to include listening to my lungs. Not confident in his bedside manner. I asked the nurse to come in and listen to my lungs and she told me to respect what the doctor said/did because he is the doctor. What part of chest pain did he not understand? Fast forward 24 hours, and I contacted the nurse at my doctor's office who took the time to go over COVID protocol and answer any questions that I had to alleviate my concerns. The doctor prescribed Paxlovid because I have risk factors within my family that could result in the possibility of developing more serious symptoms that would require hospitalization. Never again will I go back to that facility. By the way, within 12 hours after my first dose, I began to feel much better.
I've been there twice so far and the staff are very nice and friendly. Went there the first time because my job wanted me to get checked out because my eyes were bothering me. The doctor was very quick and helpful. Second time went to get tested for covid, the nurses and doctors helped and gave me all the information that was needed.
Was there tonight for the 1st time with my Mother-in-Law. First off, the place was not only beautiful, but also immaculate. Everyone was nice, friendly & very attentive to my MIL’s needs. Dr. Ward was excellent & explained everything to us very thoroughly. Would highly recommend to anyone in need. Also got a surprise visit from Dr. Saleh. And a big shout out to the MPFD. Thank you again & be safe 😊
The ladies who work here are rude denied me healthcare services because I did not have my co-payment ($50) and say they only take cash like I couldn't be billed for it and told me go to emergency room for something minor I always pay my medical bills and also tried to collect a co payment for covid testing I have Amazon insurance which is the best BCBS PPO plan out here

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
