I am not sure why the bad reviews because I had a completely different experience than the one stars. Dr Arce was absolutely caring and kind with me. Let me start by saying my Dr was booked and I was put with Dr Arce instead and what a blessing that was! She was patient, kind, asked what I needed in terms of care and medications as well as referrals. She made me feel welcomed and I changed my primary physician to Dr Arce after our initial appointment because I felt a genuineness about her. Let me tell you I have been a type 1 diabetic since I was 7 and I have seen many doctors and not all care. Dr Arce shows she’s cares and is compassionate.

I went to Dr. Arce for a routine visit and she took the time to listen to all my concerns. She provided helpful advice and clear instructions on next steps. Thank you Dr. Arce for being an excellent doctor. Definitely recommend.

Just put I don't recommend this doctor my friends memory has been shot for 2 years. She can't retain days properly or tell days apart. She can't retain any information anywhere she goes. Her memory is shot everytime she sleeps and wakes up she feels worse. Nobody has given her a correct diagnosis.

First let me say this doctor is rude unprofessional I have no idea where she got her license, misdiagnosed the pain in my friends head said it was stress and to IGNORE IT. All while her whole back and spine is mest up. Let her leave the office when she couldnt even lift up her head. She spent weeks or months ALONE in her house not able to pick up her head! Came back and was sent home again. She kept saying something was wrong with her memory. The "doctor" was saying ALL the memory loss she was experiencing was normal and to have gaps in her day is normal. She can't retain a full day. They misdiagnosed her. She went to speech therapy was confirmed she did have issues with her memory. She has no memory of dropping off her daughter to school but when she picks her up she knows who she is. I won't even save the rest of the stuff that happen to just save the embarrassment of her and this clinic she affiliates with.

"I do nottttt recommend!!! asked for a referral to see a psychiatrist, we would of paid too and was denied this doctor is so dumb! Now my memory is shot, could never remmber a full day or retain what's on the TV, or radio in the car" cant rmember phone calls that was made in the same day so stupid"
