Donna Stockton's Online Review Report Card

Arrived at Drs. Office at 10 :14 for a 10:15 appointment. I was told your appointment was at 10, you are late therefore the dr cannot see you. We have moved on? That is our policy. The waiting rom was empty. Would you like to reschedule? I had been going there for over 15 years. No thanks to rescheduling , no thanks to ever seeing this Dr. again. Wondering how many people have waited over 14 mins on a doctor to appear? What’s their policy about that ?

I have seen Dr. Stockton for over 15 years. I arrived this morning at 10 :14 for a 10:15 appointment to see her assistant, only to be told my appointment was at 10:00. I was told too bad, we have moved on to other patients. Even though the waiting room was empty. That is their new policy- If you are more than 10 mins late you will not be seen. I wonder what their policy is when they leave you waiting to see the Dr. or her assistant for over 10 minutes?? Suffice to say I will not be going back.

Dr. Stockton is very personable and understands the dynamics of multicultural hair and skin.  It was a breath of fresh air to find a doctor who is not only an expert in dermatology, but also a person that can relate and shares her experiences.  I love her energy and attentiveness.  I'm so excited!  I've found my new home, and I'm telling all of my friends and family!

Dr. Stockton and her office staff were pleasant and professional. Dr. Stockton was very thorough and easy to understand. She help clear up confusion I initially had about a certain procedure that I thought I needed. She explained the procedure that she felt would be better and made me feel at ease with the upcoming procedure. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist.

I love her! I never went to a dermatologist before and thankfully I found her and she has been great! I had plenty stuff going on w/my skin and she and I have become quick friends as I have had to come back and forth for numerous appts. The office is pleasant and wait times/appt times are great! Thank you for all you do!

I didn't like Dr Stockton at all.  She was constantly trying to push her products and was very strange.  I would never go back

I was invited to an open house & my experience was awesome! The representatives that explain the usage of their machines, and the visitors that came to have procedures done spoke very highly of Dr. Stockton. Answered all my questions with clarity & I left there more knowledgeable of what I would like to have done in the near future, and very satisfied with the results of my procedure from that night. BONUS: they handed out goody bags & found a cream sample of SPF & didn’t leave my face oily- love it! Great find. Thank you all!

Great staff and wonderful physician.  She's a doctor's doctor. Beautiful office, great location, and availability. Highly recommended!

What I don't like about Dr. Stockton, is she doesn't spend a lot of time with you. she's just in and out and leave everything up to her Medical assistant to address. I realize she has a lot of patients to see. I just feel rushed with her.

I have been going to Dr Stockton for over 25 years and cannot say enough good things about her. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Stockton is very kind, empathetic and understanding of any concern I bring to her. She makes procedures seem like a breeze and I am always pleased by the results I receive. My son and his family also are patients of Dr Stockton and they agree with my opinion about Dr Stockton.
