I am new to the area and was looking for a Dr. I came across Dr Hani Horani at Medical Arts Associates. I booked an appointment and it only took a few weeks to get in, not too bad. Upon arrival, which I showed up 15 minutes early to complete the new patient paperwork, I was told "someone would be right with me". After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time I went to the desk and inquired about my appointment status. I was asked if anyone had given me the paperwork to complete, which I replied no. After completing the paperwork I was told I would be called back shortly. After another 15 minutes of nothing, I went to the desk and told them to cancel my appointment because I would not be returning to Dr Horani. This office has no consideration of your time, I would not recommend this Dr or office.

Dr. Horani appeared to me as uninvolved and just seemed to do the minimum he could. He did not seem willing to get specialists involved when they needed to be. I'm not sure if it is due to his pride or what. I am very unhappy with the quality of care that my family member received from him.

Does not follow-up on diagnosis which is frequently wrong anyway. Poor communicator--does not listen to patient. Spends far to little time in actual examination.
