Extremely racist and passive aggressive staff. Kept telling my mother and I multiple times we needed a translator but we did not ask for one. Even after I told them I did not need one they insisted they call one.. When I had already told them we both understood english. When will you people stop being so ignorant? Not being white does not equal not being able to speak/understand english. Educate yourselves.
The doctors here decide how you feel. Have an infection in ear and it is still bothering me after 2 days and the doctor says no for a work slip, saying I'm fine. Jokes. Note, I drive a forklift so the constant turning, back and forth isnt fun. If anything she should have said, 2 days still bothering you. Maybe come in we'll take another look at it. You know maybe something more serious. incompetent.. I'll find a different establishment than this one.
Walk in clinic?? Lol okay. How much more pandemonium can places like this cause with covid? Turning away a 2 year old with strep because she doesn't have an appointment at a walk in clinic. Laughable. *update, in the room. The nurse is rude. Hears my 2 year old hacking and she says there are time slots you need one for her to be seen... You mean, the kid thats already in the room and coughing.... WHAT A JOKE
went in for a uti test yesterday came back negative supposedly. i landed myself in the er about six hours later thinking i don’t have a uti i have a kidney stone when in all actuality your doctors are careless to a point where they don’t even look to review your test. i waited four hours in the er just to be told i do have a uti. my pain was blamed on out of control diabetes by your doctor balamuniswamy, the hospital confirmed i have a uti. so please don’t tell me the pain im having is sugar crystals from my diabetes because those are painless. did you get your doctors license from a ceral box? makes me wonder how many more patients of yours had a misdiagnosis or were blown off because their diabetes was out of control so she blamed it on that.
Took my husband to go get a strep test because it is an express clinic. Have walked in before and no problem. 4 whole people waiting in the lobby and they said they don't take walk ins and turned away my husband and said everyone is like this right now. At a genesis one and lo and behold they took him. Awful service at this place. Website shouldn't say walk ins if that's not true.
Sat and waited 2 hours with my daughter for 7 others to walk in and be seen before us. And to sit and wait even longer. Terrible customer service and patient care
Friendly bunch that gets you in and out quickly.
I have used this facility several times over the years. I have never been disappointed. I've always received great care. Thanks!
Online check-in is not what it says. When checking the wait time it said no waiting. Took me 5 minutes to get there and there were 6 people waiting. When I came back an hour later i still haf to wait 30+ minutes and to top it off the nurse practitioner came out to bring me back she mearly stated that the x-ray machine isn't working. Seriously people where is the communication? Reception staff needs some training as well.
Everyone was very kind and professional. Very efficient in getting my results back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
