Dr Burns is a true specialist who is very thoughtful and listens to concerns of his patients. He treated me with respect and explained treatment options and procedures. His confidence in his own ability calmed my anxiety which led to a very successful outcome. I highly recommend Dr Burns and will continue to use him in he future

Doctor Burns is very professional and I trust his experience, judgement and knowledge. Recently underwent "roto-router" procedure to expand frequency, length, and urgency of urination. He did a fantastic job. THANK YOU

I met Dr. Burns as a patient that had entered the hospital through the emergency room. I consider myself fortunate that he was the doctor on call at that time. He was very professional, very caring, explained my options well and the end result was a successful surgery. My follow-up visit with him was a good experience as well. I definitely recommend Dr. Thomas Burns!

Dr. Burns is a compassionate, very professional doctor and he has helped me with my UTI’s and IC. I have seen him for 7 years and he has made my quality of life so much better. He took care of my 90 year old mother-in-law and she wouldn’t see anyone but him.

The staff and Doctor’s are very polite, patient friendly and professional. What other MDs could not resolve Dr. Burns took the initiative and made everything better. Now I have a normal quality of life instead of having to carry a Foley. If you or a family member have urology issues, I highly recommend this place. Georgio

If you are spinal cord injured and have a paralyzed bladder, BEWARE! Stay away! He doesn't know the SCI body and his nurse DEFINITELY doesn't know the proper supplies needed for maintaining a paralyzed bladder. I had to wait 3 weeks (not insurance issues either, but rather the nurse having zero clue of my necessities) to order my medical supplies. When I received them, many items were simply not ordered, which are required for the placement of items, in a sterile manner. I cannot stress it enough. Stay away if you're a SCI'd person. Dr. Burns has very little knowledge of SCI, and the nursing staff is clueless as well. The nurse has zero knowledge of items required to change out a SP catheter, let alone put in a foley catheter. They don't even have proper supplies for this method in the medical office, at the hospital. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!

Causes horrific billing issues by charging for services that are not even requested nor provided. To add insult to injury he does not accept insurance costing customers a lot of money without their consent.
