Great doctor!!!!
Injured my back and had to make a visit to the Orthopedic Immediate Care center at IBJI on a Sunday. Check in was easy and a very short wait. Fast xray and a great exam by Dr Williams. Great location and great staff.
He is so knowledgeable and experienced in his discipline. More importantly he puts this to practice. The result of my elbow surgery has been nothing short of great. Thank you so much. By the way, you barely see the scar.
Dr. Williams is extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time answering questions and keeping the patient involved in the process. The staff was professional. Overall it was an excellent experience.
Amazing Doctor & his team. Fantastic work and very detailed.
Dr Williams is so kind and compassionate! He really took the time to evaluate my problem and provide a solution! Very grateful!
Dr. Craig Williams is my Superman. He is professional kind and patient. I do heavy computer data entry work and a lot of repetitiveness with my thumbs and fingers. I am about to undergo my fifth surgery for trigger finger with Dr Craig Williams.... each surgery has been a different finger on a different hand. but I wouldn't trust my hands to anyone but Dr. Craig. I keep going back to Dr Craig because I know the care I will receive will be and has been of the highest level. Dr. Craig Williams is my Superman.
Dr Williams is what every doctor should be. He excels in knowledge of his specialty, communicates well and patiently, and really cares about what’s best for his patients. Have seen him 4-5 times with one surgery and each time was perfect!
Dr. Williams, performed right mini open carpal tunnel release back in 07/2020. Options were explained in a brisk manner during a business day. I had X-rays prior to the outpatient procedure. Due to the nature of what was seen on the X-ray, it is perhaps why it was kept underneath the hat, and it would be a more lengthy. recovery, My Hand was deep. It took probably 4 to 6 feet anatomically through the wrist to do the procedure, and remove the problem which was successful, but the aching or "rawneess" to the nerve irritated on the aftermath, which is deep below persists every few days. Not clear. Was told an athletic and big hand, and I have seen other bigger hands than mine, it is now possible I am ruined for it being clear or pain - free indefinitely. Only after the procedure completed, I was told than of how complex the procedure has been. But Whatever. If the procedure narrative reads on my patient, chart the following , that "there were several bands of synovium still Tethered across the two leaves of the transverse carpal ligament, potentially applying compression to the nerve," and that there had been evidence of "Chronic" compression, it certainly doesn't sound pretty reassuring that something can alleviate in time. Does that sound re0assuring Chronic ? After a 30 year doctor specialist veteran of doing orthopedic procedures of hand or other parts upper extremes every few days, isn't this the kind of thing that could of been brought to my attention or at least from the Xrays, taken a couple weeks prior or otherwise indicative that going in to the operation the procedure would be turbulent on the after recovery ? I think so. Though whatever. So to date, I am like 75 - 80% with "chronic" aching I suppose am ruined indefinitely for being pain free to this area. DO NOTE that you will always be calling the "assistant" , his medical assistant female, the phone will Always go to a portable voice machine, which is how they have it set up, and you won't get a "Live " person. Another thing, the medical assistant ahs communication with patient can be rude, and she Lies over the phone to the patient. especially when it came to reimbursement of the Covid Test. which didn't occur. The provider said NO IPA or authorization, ever. Indiscrepancies in the paper work transfer, and your stuck with the bill for Tests covid. for the center they send you over too anyhow.. This exchange of her communication is being documented anyhow as we speak , due in part to the insurance and Covid reimbursement testing they make you take, and lack communication with the insurance provider on the patient ' right for having the test on the house, especially, for Pre-ops, and because of the medical assistant being uncouth and some things fed to you, , which I am sure is the case with other patients at times who are following along now in this belief.
Dr Williams is great! My mother doesn’t speak English very well, and he was able to communicate in Spanish. He spoke Spanish the whole appointment with her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
