The staff was friendly and the lady is very knowledgeable about treatments. They're not upselling they're just trying to be helpful. They know what's good and what works. Very professional clinic and knowledgeable. My Groupon was a really good price. Thank you, Isabel Mendez

Made a short notice appointment yesterday for today around noon and unfortunately was informed i needed to work through my lunch so I was going to have to reschedule my appointment. Because my appointment was made less than 24hrs I couldn't cancel without a $50 fee. The receptionist I spoke with said she would see if the manager could bypass the fee but it's unlikely and she isn't in yet and I felt very uneasy about this solution. She offered to push my appointment to 12:30 which I appreciated! Upon arrival Irina ran over to me and got me into a room - she was super sweet and helped me get my chemical peel quickly without compromising the quality. She was funny and friendly and made me feel welcome despite the situation. I love this place so much.

I've struggled with acne/acne scars my whole life. The social anxiety as a teen or the added efforts to care for my skin through medical treatments, which were temporary, or masking the scars from previous acne. I've had y fair share or chemical peels and facials but, I'm serious in saying that the green peels Agata provides me have been essential to my skin care. She helped diagnose my skin type and found something that works specifically for me. I highly recommend investing your money into the products Sono Bella provides as well as trusting the clinic with your skin. I feel welcome there, I feel I get my moneys worth, and they always make time for me. Don't go anywhere else but here!!!
