The two stars are only because I felt the therapy was great. The lack of stars has to do with their billing department. On my last day I asked what my balance was, if any, I was told none. They had my address, phone number, and my email. I got no communication for about 6 months or so. I moved after that with my mail forwarded. After a year or so I got a collections notice. No prior communication to alert me I had a balance. The balance was not high and I would have gladly paid it if I were aware of it. Very disappointed. And although I loved my therapist I could not trust this place to bill me again.

I highly recommend working with Stay Fit. I started working with Lisa as a wellness and nutrition coach about 8 weeks ago and I am down 15 pounds and my overall health has dramatically improved. I find the plan very manageable. Give it a shot! You will not regret it.

I have visited Stay Fit for physical therapy and massage therapy, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else in the northwest suburbs. Every practitioner is talented at their work -- but beyond that, they are genuinely happy to be helping and they care about their patients. I left PT stronger and I leave every massage feeling relaxed, de-stressed and rejuvenated. Sian is a one-of-a-kind massage therapist and an amazing person to boot. I love this place and feel happy every time I go. Can't wait until my next visit!

I have had bad back issues but Diana has instilled life long practices with patience and expertise. Def recommend StayFit -they care- they help!!

They cured me! I went to Stay Fit in Mount Prospect in early August because, when I had refused to give in to what I thought was a minor injury, I created a broad, major injury. By the time I went to Stay Fit, I had injured altogether my right groin, my right hip, my right calf, and for the first time in my life, I had sciatica on my right side. Until then, I typically walked 3 miles a day 6 days a week and swam a mile once a week. Due to this complex injury, by the time I went to Stay Fit, I could no longer swim; I could no longer walk without considerable pain; and it was extremely painful even to drive a car. Through the manipulations that Diana and Christy did on me at Stay Fit, through the movements they told me to do, through the home exercises they gave me, and through Ina’s regular massages, I gradually started to get better. Within a week to 10 days, I could walk my 3 miles a day again. What a relief! Christy fixed my car seat properly and told me how to drive so it no longer hurts to drive. Christy continually adjusted my home exercises to fit the aches and pains I described. Within a couple weeks, I resumed swimming about half my normal distance, and within four or five weeks, I could swim a mile again, in Lake Michigan! I no longer have sciatica. I am 75 years old, and I really need these things to keep my spirits up and to feel good. Thanks to Diana, and Christy and Ina and Stay Fit, and to the Lord.

This is really a wonderful place for rehab, physical therapy, massage therapy, instructional wellness seminars, guided exercise, and so much more.
