Dr. Grigoropoulos resolved an issue I was having with severe pain in my foot. My network podiatrist failed to resolve this issue after multiple visits. I'm so glad I went out of network and found Dr. G.

Billing and customer service are HORRIBLE. They make you put a deposit down for Orthotics and they are supposed to reimburse you the percentage that the insurance pays, once the insurance money goes through. The problem is they don't! I have been trying to get my $180 that they owe me for 6 months. They bounce you around, they put you into voicemails, they don't answer the phone, and NOT ONE person ever bothers to call you back.

This was the first time I used their PT services. I am working with Kristen for balance training and they have a well-equipped PT center with good availability for appointment times. All of the staff at Weil Foot & Ankle Institute have been nothing but friendly and helpful every time I've had an appointment there.

Dr. Kim was very friendly as was the assistant. When I called, someone always answered quickly. I didn’t wait long to be called from the waiting room or for Dr. Kim to come in. In fact, during my most recent appointment I was in and out before my actual appointment time.
