Wonderful doctor, she was excellent throughout my care. Highly recommend.

Doesn't answer the phone real professional!!

Dr. Boyd was extremely condescending and rude to me during my multiple visits after having an IUD removed. She dismissed my concerns and questions and made several jokes about my age in regards to menopause. When my concerns proved valid and I returned she tried to claim she had ordered the bloodwork that actually I had called and demanded be done. Then she was rude and dismissive toward me and left me alone in the exam room to clean up a disgusting and embarrassing mess when she told me to stand up and I bled all down both legs and all over the floor. I have never been treated so poorly or felt so dismissed by a healthcare provider in my life.

Back in 2018/2019 I was patient for Dr. Emily Boyd, it was my first pregnancy and I had high expectations from her, during my pregnancy follow up I only saw her a couple of times, everything changed on my labor day, my baby was delivered by a midwife, the clinic asked us before who we preferred but they said that just in case of an emergency my Dr. should be there, everything went fine but a few hours later after I had my baby the nurses at the hospital found out that I had a hemorrhage (that was because I insisted I was wet) by that time my anesthesia was almost gone, it was the worst experience in my life when I saw my new born baby in my husband's arms while I saw all the blood coming out of my body, while the midwife was trying to stop the hemorrhage I saw Dr. Emily Boyd standing next to the midwife without doing ANYTHING until the personal at the hospital call the "on call Dr." Who stopped the hemorrhage, I hope none has to go through this with Boyd.

I suffer from hyperemesis. She listened, diagnosed, and most importantly aggressively treated my condition early.
