I have been a patient of theirs for a couple of years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They always make me feel as if I am the most important person in the room. Dr. Gowen has the skills and the personality of a great physician. The staff are always outstanding. I highly recommend them. Thanks

I had an appointment with Dr Nahass 06/13/2024 8:00am from which I received more than 8 remaining messages, the last message was 5 min before 8:00am same day just a looking forward to our appointment message so I made it and guess what the Dr. had the typical emergency family think and he flew out of state but they couldn’t make a phone call or send a message to reschedule the appointment, all they want to do is schedule you with a Nurse Practitioner and if you get the appointment with the Dermatologist this can happen. I would like to know the Dr NO SHOW POLICY to see if I can get reimbursed for my time off and gas because I drove from Springfield Il to Glen Carbon Il just for the need of a Dermatologist just to get there and see the happy face telling me the Dr had a family emergency that made him to flew to New Jersey. I can tell why you are not acredítate by the BBB.

Absolutely wonderful with my boys, ages 2 and 6. We are always in and out quickly and all of our needs are taken care of. All procedures are explained in depth and staff are very patient when the boys are a little stubborn.
