Dr. Velotta Performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes with fantastic results. Dr. Velotta took the time to answer my questions in the consultation visits and the surgery went smoothly. There was minor post surgical discomfort (as expected) for about 24 hours after surgery. My vision is so vastly improved that I can read without glasses (although glasses do improve my reading) and my distance vision is 20/20. I could not be happier with the outcome.

After having a good recommendation by a well-known ophthalmologist I was referred to this physician to have a cataract surgery done. She seem to be very responsive at the time and got me scheduled to have the cataract done at one of the local hospitals. I now have a severe conjunctivitis and I have called her two or three times on the same day with no return phone all because she was too busy with patients. I didn't get a call the day after to schedule appointment to be seen not that day but three days after. She is as unresponsive as most busy physicians are today making lots of money. She cares less about the patient and what the patient can pay. I've been an oral surgery practice for 45 years and never refuse the patient that had pain when they called the office to have some of a treatment. I hardly recommend her to any patients that need serious ophthalmology care I refuse to go back to see her three days from now to treat my conjunctivitis thank you

Excellent eye doctor. She listens, she answers questions, explains everything that she is doing in detail, she does not rush the examination, and she is 'not' an alarmist. Excellent staff as well.

Dr. Velotta was fantastic! She listened patiently, was very caring, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. I can’t say enough great things about her. Her staff was very kind and professional as well. I would highly recommend this practice/Dr. Velotta for eye care.

Dr. Velotta is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure to see. She is an excellent diagnostician, takes her time, and makes sure to explain procedures and risks thoroughly and patiently. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an opthamologist.
