I never thought I’d become that person who gets excited about chiropractic adjustments, but here we are! After years of desk work and stress piling up, I reached a point where the pain was unbearable. I walked in crying from pain and walked out feeling like a completely different person after just one adjustment at Integrated Wellness Center. Dr. Hoklas is not only an incredibly skilled chiropractor, but he's also genuinely invested in helping his patients heal. He listens, explains everything clearly, and works magic on stubborn aches and tension. Now, I keep coming back—partly because I love feeling better and partly because, let’s be honest, getting adjusted is oddly satisfying :) Between adjustments, massages, and acupuncture, my body is finally getting the care it desperately needed. Highly recommend Dr. Hoklas and his team!

I had been having swallowing difficulty and pain since November and went for a full blood work up, an endoscopy and other tests only to be told they didn’t know why. I started with Dr Chris after explaining my symptoms on a schedule of multiple weekly visits, massage, laser therapy and supplements and I have been one week pain free for the first time since November. Dr Chris and his staff are amazing at what they do and did what my regular doctors could not.

When I met Dr. Chris, I was averaging 1-2 headaches per week with about one quarter of those turning into debilitating migraines that had me calling in sick to work and/or struggling to get through daily activities. After a consultation, we agreed to try treatments (adjustments, muscle stimulation, and occasional ultrasound) twice per week to see if we could alleviate some of what I'd been experiencing. I'm thrilled to say that within just a few weeks, I was already feeling relief. Now, approximately 8 months since my consultation, my headaches are reduced to 1-2 per month, maximum, with migraine symptoms only every 6-8 weeks. I didn't realize how much they were adversely impacting my quality of life until Dr. Chris helped me get rid of them! Dr. Chris is personable, professional, caring and kind; he alters treatment at each appointment based on your needs that day. He's been incredibly flexible with his scheduling and reasonably priced. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!

Dr. Chris is very gentle and thorough. He adjusts where you need it. Not the same every time. He is pleasant and accommodating. My daughter has physical challenges and he helps her to keep her balance. She loves to go to see Dr. Chris.

Dr. Chris's treatments for my neck and back problems have allowed me function normally despite spinal stenosis and degenerative disks. I recommend him highly.

30 years ago, I was in a horrific car accident and always suffered from headaches and neck pain due to the severity of the accident. Started seeing Dr. Chris and he made me feel so much better. I wasted so many years in pain taking ibuprofen almost everyday. My weekly adjustments have helped me so much and I don't rely on over the counter medications. Dr Chris and his team are so professional and helpful. The atmosphere of his new office is warm and inviting, making my weekly visits even more enjoyable.
