I called to inquire about services for my 4 year old daughter. While unfortunately ABC does not accept my insurance at this time, the team at Naperville offered to send me resources that work with my insurance to offer me support. I was so surprised that they'd take that step even though my daughter likely will not be a patient with them. Thank you to the team for helping with next steps!!

The amount of empathy and compassion I was shown just in my tour was astounding. The set up of the entire facility is amazing and every single concern I had was quickly answered just by the operations of the facility itself. I’m beyond thrilled to have found this place.

I'm an OTP who visits this location seeing clients. I cannot say enough about the care, learning, self governance and accommodations provided to the children. Hannah is a phenomenon BCBA who truely provides the children with meaningful kindness and individualized care. I wanted to reach out a special thanks to Beth for getting me in on her last 10 min with a kiddo, being flexible to my schedule when I was running late with another client.

I highly recommend Action behavior centers for children on the autism spectrum. My son is 7 yrs old he started 2 years ago and Abc helped him and us as a family in many ways.. I would start with how easy and fast was starting aba at this center.. it’s very frustrating for a parent of special needs kids when waiting list are 2 more years long. (It gets harder for foreign parents) Second my son in two years have had the same bcba and rbts which is so important for me, they listen to my concerns and have helped to potty train him, helping him with his food struggles, helping with his speech and i can go on. They recommend 40 hours for him but in one year he was meeting some of the goals and they reduced hours. Also they offer financial support based on parent’s income. And lastly but not least my son loves going there, when we go out he asks “action behavior center? He wants to go there and loves his bcba &rbts.

From the moment you walk in to speaking the therapist - this center has the best team across the board. They are professional kind and caring staff. Our son loves them! We are thankful to have found such an amazing safe place for our son. He’s doing amazing and we could not be happier.

We have been apart of the ABC family for little over 2.5 years. I believe he was the 4th child to attend this flagship location. Jen and her team have worked wonders with my child. They pushed from the start to work collaboratively with us, the parents, to ensure continuity between the school and home. Are little guy was non-verbal upon starting and now talks up a storm. They worked with us through his oral surgeries, myofacial therapies, outside speech therapy, etc. They were receptive and open to input from the family throughout the treatment plan. My son is now in public school in kindergarten. While he has services provided at school for speech and OT, he is in a neuro-typical classroom. It wouldn’t have been possible without the efforts of everyone at ABC. Every member from the front desk, to billing, to the operations manager, and of course, Jen and her dream team, have all made a huge impact on our family. There was never any doubt that my child was loved and championed throughout until the day he graduated where we all shed tears. It was a bittersweet moment: To see my child grow and start a new chapter of his life while, saying goodbye to many people we consider family.

I love ABC!!! Some of the best humans on Earth work here! The staff is super supportive and caring!

The therapy provided to the patients is great. The policy and the way they treat their RBTs is NOT. You will be punished for getting sick, having a family member pass, being late (once), or going to the restroom at the wrong time, your job is at risk. Highly recommend a less money hungry company. 🫶🏻
