Dr Yu is very competent, efficient, and very compassionate. He listens well & suggests different options available for my care & treatment. He discusses everything fully & makes sure I understand my treatment choices. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Yu has skills and knowledge that are far above most doctors that have treated me. He listens very well . He is compassionate, energetic and very personable . Most important of all, he is an outstanding dr.

Dr Y u ASKS and LISTENS and ADDRESSES your issues. He is kind, attentive and very thorough. He isn't just a Dr. but a good human being!! If required he will order tests and review the results with you and give you options and treatment plans. If one option isn't working he will address different options. He is highly educated and doggedly determined to help with your pain management issues. I recently moved...but when you find a good Dr you want to keep him/her. So I drive 1.45 hours for my appointments with Dr Yu and will continue to do so. His office staff is professional and personable. They always make sure your next appointment is scheduled and any tests that are ordered. Unlike many Dr offices they DO return your phone calls. I don't see someone new everytime, usually the same assistant which is refreshing!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Yu to be your pain management SPECIALIST!! Thank you Dr Yu for everything you do for me...I really appreciate YOU!!

Dr. Yu and his staff are above amazing...he truly listens to his patients and explains anything you may not understand...he's enthusiastic about his work and it can be seen at every visit. I have been a patient of Dr. Yu for years. He is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. He is an expert in the use of cortisone injections for pain relief.

Dr. Yu and his staff have provided me complete care from start to finish. It began with his office staff who always know who I am and are always working hard to get me an appointment as soon as possible and even call me when they have an opening. Dr. Yu's nurses and other medical specialists are very knowledgable. Finally, Dr. Yu himself is one of the kindest, well rounded, knowledgeable, honest, and talented doctors I've ever met. He always is honest about what will, what won't, and what perhaps may work in regards to my treatment. He never gives up on me and it's a good thing because with my health problems I'm afraid I would have given up on myself. I've had 2 MAJOR back surgeries prior to getting a spinal cord stimulator and had I known the relief it would bring me I never would have had the major surgeries done. That is not to mention the AMAZING outcome that has occurred with the implants and the results I have had with my CRPS ( chronic regional pain syndrome). I went from CONSTANT EXCRUCIATING PAIN (THE WORST PAIN I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED ) to immediate relief when I awoke from surgery and I was amazed. Prior to the surgery I only could think of amputation of the limb plus shoulder as an answer. But now I can care for my family, cook, clean, and have fun like shop, bake cookies, go to football games and cheer on my son who plays the drum, and I can WRITE!! Using a fork and knife was hard enough but to think I'd be able to journal, go to church,& also volunteer through the church has honestly been nothing more than a blessing. I trust my life in the hands of Dr. Yu. I also have great respect for the Medtronic staff Scott and Brent who have been there before, during,& after my surgery. I just want to thank you all!
