Tried to tell me that thyroid issues are not genetically linked. Rushed and did not do full blood tests that I requested.

Dr Garcia is one of my favorite primary cares! The 1-star reviews are frustrating to read because they all relate to COVID protocols - unless Dr Garcia is working close with Dr Fauci most protocols are beyond his control. Trust the reviews raving about the things he can control - his patience, great bedside manner and clear desire to offer his patients the best care for a healthy life!

We got in his office after discussing a negative Covid test for pains in shoulder. After waiting an hour and was in his office with our son he told us to leave snd wouldn’t address our condition because we got a negative Covid test recently. Very unprofessional snd dangerous to not treat a patient in his care.

So if you even just have a COVID test, no exposure, no risk, he will kick you out if his office just for screening, offering no other help, or alternatives, no resources. He’s completely rude and apparently does not inform his staff of this supposed “protocol”.

Dr Garcia is a very good listener and an excellent Dr. A good dr listens. His humility and ability to listen with an excellent bedside manner is why I wrote this after someone left a one-star review. I have been going to Rollingridge for 11 years and aside from 2 other Drs there, the remainder don’t make me want to go. One female dr whose name starts with a “Upp” left me to consult with her friends who I saw walk in after me as I was seated in the waiting area when they walked in. She left me in the consulting room and saw them before me, 11 years ago. My first visit there. I asked not to see her again. God used Garcia to keep me alive when I suffered PE & DVT. Were he the “I too know” arrogant not listening type or the type that rushes you out, the story may be different. Keep being good Dr Garcia!

I wanted to take my son to his regular doctor but he didn’t have availability. I trusted DMG to provide us a doctor to help and they made an appointment for my son with this doctor. This doctor treated us like garbage and has horrible bedside manner. He had us go to a walk in clinic treating my son like he had covid. The DMG clinic could not understand why this doctor sent us there. My son had so much anxiety from this visit it made him sick. Overall my son of course didn’t have covid just needed fluids for a issue far from covid. Now after this experience it’s a battle to get my son to walk into a doctors office. So much went wrong with this visit and I don’t know why I waited so long to share. People need doctors that listen and show empathy not someone like this.

During the annual visit if any issue found and you discuss with him, he will turn into it into office visit and you'll be charged for it.
