I would like to give a zero star if possible to this place. the doctor Anju Paul is great. But not the other staffs. They reschedule my appointment without letting me know and i am on the tele visit call for an hour waiting for the RN to join my appointment and no show and no communication. this has happened few times now. Really would not recommend this place if you need to be treated and your time to be valued

Dr. Anju Paul is very unprofessional. If I could give her zero stars I would. She refused to see my elderly dad for his appointment because he was 5 minutes late. Patients wait for their doctors all the time but she couldn't deal with a 5 minute delay. Her action shows lack of compassion, I am not so confident that she would have done much to help my dad even if she did see him.

Dr. Paul is honestly the best endocrinologist I’ve ever seen in the past 20 years of having type 1 diabetes. She listens well, is patient, and comes up with a plan that is easy to follow. I’m never in the waiting room more than 5 minutes and the appointment never feels rushed. Highly recommend!

We brought our 73 old mother whom had just suffered m a heart attack and underwent a very complicated heart procedure. She was confirmed by their office for an appointment, but when she arrived there were absolutely no wheel chairs or any form of assistance available for her entrance which caused her to be 10 minutes late to the appointment. The doctor simply refused to see her and didn't even ask what happened. My mother would have been a new patient but after such a poor display of service and attitude I would not even let her see my dog let alone my ill mother. Please revisit why you took the oath to be a doctor because I think you just broke it.

I relocated to Illinois a few yrs ago. Dr Paul is my new endocrinologist. I have had the best sustained results over the last two years than I did the previous 5. I am lucky to have found Dr. Paul! She is very Professional and very caring. Clear and to the point. Thank you Dr Paul!
