She was great the first time I saw her while i had private insurance. Total turnaround when i had medicare and a supplement.

Was referred by an NP to this provider. I Spent months with abnormal heavy bleeding - with no care or concern because my “hemoglobin was fine”. Was sent for multiple ultrasounds that showed the same possible cause of the AUB- it was ignored and I was told it was probably “just a blood clot” after 1 week of trying to get legitimate plan of care lined up - I went elsewhere. I shouldn’t have to fight so hard for current practice guidelines to be followed- I wasn’t asking for someone to jump to Mars. But why send a patient for scans if you’re going to completely disreaged them? On top of it her notes are atrocious& grossly inaccurate which makes it even more difficult to communicate with her& her staff.

I made an appointment months ahead of time for July 21, 2021. I received a call June 14th that my appointment is cancelled because I booked as a new patient (which I am to Dr. Schreiber) my appointment was cancelled because the time I booked is for "new patients" The person from her office did not bother to ask me if I was having any issues etc. just told me to re-schedule- which by the way- nothing was available until October. Needless to say, I will be booking with another doctor. Thank goodness DuPage Medical has loads to choose from. I really feel that their actions were uncaring and unprofessional and I would never feel confident with a practice that treat people like they do.

Dr. Schreiber is the best for helping with menopausal issues. She listens, is concerned, and will help women get through the challenging symptoms of menopause.

She is so wonderful and so was her staff. I don’t know how she doesn’t have fives all across the board

Wonderful experience! I came to Anne from a glowing recommendation from a friend. I have had some very poor GYN experiences, and she made me feel super comfortable and it was the most positive experience I have had with a GYN. She also helped me realize I was not on the correct medications and helped me change to one to better manage my health. Additionally, I am a fat person, and she has always treated me with compassion and caring. Exceptional care!

Dr Anne schrieber performed my hysterectomy a year ago and I'm still suffering from mental and physical trauma. As long as you have no complications she is fine. I had bleeding and nausea for over a month. I begged her to test for a uti but she did not. I ended up in the hospital getting unnecessary tests to find out I had a kidney infection stemming from the catheter I had post surgery. Dr schrieber refused to speak to me at one point telling her nurse to advise me to call a psychiatrist. Shame

Very very bad treatment and care post hysterectomy. Dr. Schreiber needs to develop compassion for her patients, especially at this difficult time. My care was sub par to the point I considered suing. All about the money in my opinion in her practice. Once she is done with your surgery you are no longer important or relevant.

I found Dr Schreiber to be friendly, down to earth and responsive to my concerns. She came in to meet and talk with me prior to the examination and while I was fully clothed. She definitely scored points for doing that! I've been to other GYN Docs who had you prepare for the exam before meeting and speaking with you first. That meeting and greeting technique always left me feeling like I was a number on an assembly line! Dr. Schreiber is interested in knowing who you are before the exam!

I started with this office a few years ago. The staff was very welcoming, Dr. Schreiber was wonderful. I know everyone has a bad day but, a bad month? Of course now I have been dealing with a real issue and it's been like pulling teeth to get help from her nursing staff. Some of the nursing staff is very condescending in particular Cathy. The nurses line has been really the most challenging as they just keep shoving drugs at the patient without giving them an appt. to really determine the issue. This is not what I define as great medical care considering the cost of my insurance. It's been 2 weeks and I was not given a appt. just more meds. How can a proper diagnosis be made over the phone? Yes, some things can be done but, after three phone calls you would think they would set up an appt. since the meds are not working. I will be seeking another office that treats patients with respect, dignity and cares for their patients. Too bad as I really liked Dr. Schreiber she's lovely but, what good does that do when you can't get an appointment?
