From the front desk staff, to the nursing staff to Dr. Marshall herself, such a great experience! I really struggle with anxiety, the whole staff was so understanding & accommodating to my needs, and did everything they could to help make me feel comfortable!

I did not have a good experience with this group. The team failed to diagnose me with Type 1 diabetes with my first pregnancy even though based upon my test results, this was clearly present. There were two very present test results present indicating this! Then, once I was diagnosed with my 2nd pregnancy they did very little to help other than to shove me off back to my primary care doctor and told me to prepare for the worst. After both miscarriages they blamed the diabetes without recognizing they missed it before the damage was done. There are too many doctors in this group to make you feel cared for.

The doctors have been ok! However I have not had the best experience in this facility. There is a lack of communication. They forgot to schedule my blood work for my first prenatal appointment. Lack of educating the patient. No directions when it comes to what to expect in the next appointment like drinking water for example before coming in. Also did the genetic testing and the nurse failed to explain anything to me unless I asked. As a patient I have felt there is a lack of communication within the staff and a lack of educating the patient.This OBGYN group failed to diagnose me with PPCM (pregnancy induced heart failure). I had to have an emergency csection at another hospital and almost died on the hospital bed.Extreme swelling is NOT normal. I am here to tell you to advocate for yourself if you are being dismissed by your doctor. I do not recommend this OBGYN group.

Dr. Marshall is very passionate about her work. She is caring, takes her time with patients, and explains procedures thoroughly. Our family is very blessed to have her and her colleagues as a part of our care team.

I am a new patient and went to the office for the first time today. It was also very easy to schedule an appointment, I just went online and got lots of reminders and emails about the appointment and submitting information. Simple and easy to follow. Everyone in the office was welcoming and friendly, I felt very comfortable. Dr. Marshall answered all of my questions with detailed responses and explanations. I felt really heard and cared for. When doing the procedure, Dr. Marshall was honest and straightforward and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. I didn’t feel uncomfortable for a second. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall, she was kind, professional and knows her stuff.

Dr. Marshall is kind, and very thorough. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and really get to the bottom of it. She follows up with you, and keeps you informed with everything. Would recommend!!
