Lately its hard to get an app in a decent time frame. Last time i was ill i had to wait a week to be seen. The front desk asked do i really need it, dont i think ill be better by then? What kind of care is that? Now i cant get anyone to return calls after i had questionable labs come back from dec 8th. I had diabetic numbers and still do but no one has rechecked or gave me meds to help. I have left several messages! I have several of the symptoms besides high blood sugar numbers. Poor follow thru or care.

Dr. Opalka takes time to answer questions. She's thoughtful, caring and very trustworthy.

Dr Opalka (and Becky, NP) are both wonderful and take time with me each visit. I never feel rushed and always feel listened to. I’ve recommended this office to family members.

Dr. Opalka listens to your needs and goals. She helps to achieve them.

I am sitting here 11 min late because I just came from a sleep study, and they pushed me away. I let them know when I scheduled that I was coming from a sleep study. As far as the doc, you never see. Only the nurse practitioner. Been coming here for years and never seen the doc even in the office. DO not go here. AWFUL PEOPLE. You will regret and see how dead they are ? There is a reason no reviews and always an empty office. Now I must go get second opinion on all they told me. She is literally on the phone while I am here charging somebody else $75 for being late as well. Apparently taking advantage of people during covid is the new business model with this office. Set appointments and then charge if you are 10 min late. The photo I share is time stamped 11 min after my apt time. Not exaggerating.

Dr. Opalka is great, she really takes her time and listens to every detail. I feel like I am in great hands with her and her staff.

No empathy for me, I just needed a doctors note at beginning of pandemic to let child's daycare know he had been seen by the doctor for unknown infection. My child had high white blood cell count and was losing hair on his head at the time. Instead of writing the note, the receptionist and staff wanted to argue semantics. The note was needed to pull my child from daycare in March 2020 and not be charged $1400 for the month. This was simple request and shouldn't have led to any issues. Asking a doctor to provide factual information shouldn't be this hard. I was trying to keep my family and community healthy during uncertain times. Due the condescending tone I received on the phone I became angry and responded to it. The response of this office was to drop my entire family from their care. I was rarely seen by this doctor as I get care at the VA. They decided to take the disagreement out on my wife and two children. The receptionists are lazy and don't want to do more than they have to. That's if you even get them on phone

The staff here is very pleasant and the doctors are very caring. They take their time to listen and put your concerns 1st. I really loved going to see them and hate I had to move to a new state.

My family and I had so many issues with our last primary care and from our first visit we loved the entire office. Dr. Opalka and her physician assistant are super caring, patient and professional. The front desk personnel is professional and nice. The prior auth department is on top of everything. They get referrals done so quickly and the nurses get my refills done in a very timely manner. I haven’t had any issues. The nurses are amazing. Our 7 year old loves going there when needed. They make her feel confortable. We have nothing to complain about at all and only have praise!
