List of Bart Green Md's Reviews
The worst doctor. Do not recommend. He ignored symptoms of complications my family member developed after routine surgery he performed. We called him right away after noticing something was wrong but he dismissed us, was annoyed with the conversation and made us feel like we are not tough enough and suffering after procedure is normal. Very arrogant and not caring doctor.

This doctor is extremely rude and does not seem to care for his patients. He told me I needed surgery without even looking at CT scans! When I question, he becomes irritated and raises his voice. He thinks he knows best and should probably listen to his patients a bit more. He’s supposed to perform surgery on me in a month? I definitely do not feel comfortable with him treating me and will be going to a different surgeon.
Excellent surgeon. I’ve been told by nurses and past patients he’s the best surgeon at Edward. Grateful to have his expertise.
I had a procedure in January and Dr. Green was perfect. Detailed the process of the surgery then reviewed the results with my husband & I afterward. I was blown away that Dr. Green himself called me at home the next day to see how I was doing. Not an assistant...but Dr. Green himself. Now THAT"S service and compassion from a doctor.
Cant say enough! He literally saved my life. Also took out my gallbladder with no complications. Great guy! Even better doctor!
Excellent communications and treatment. Highly recommend. I have had two procedures. One in office and one with da Vinci machine.
Dr. Green is both thorough and compassionate. I recently had a procedure done by him and found him competent and caring. He communicated clearly and listened to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him as a physician and surgeon. Bottom line: he is a very nice person and a top doc.
I was a hot mess Sunday night and Monday morning of this past week. I received a referral to see Dr. Green within 24 hours and the office was able to do that. Normally he does not perform surgery on Wednesdays, but he made an exception and was able to secure an OR time. That is a truly compassionate, caring physician. He was very calming, but honest in his approach, which is perfect for me. He was able to perform the procedure laparoscopically which is a quicker recovery and not nearly as uncomfortable. As a medical person, I would highly recommend Dr. Green should you be in need of a general surgeon. Hopefully I will only see him in the neighborhood in the future, but thank him for being the right surgeon for me.
Dr. Green has a reputation as a good surgeon, but his bedside manner and ability to diagnose issues leave much to be desired. I went to him with a sensitive problem, and not only was he unable to diagnose the issue, but he went so far as to suggest that all my issues were in my head and caused by my "emotional" state. Because of this, I suffered for many more months before finally finding another surgeon who easily diagnosed my problem. Please look elsewhere for respect and patient-focused care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
