Completely terrible service. This doctor conducted my surgery. I went in for a post op appointment waited over 40 minute after appointment time and counting. Update almost an hour after my scheduled appointment still waiting. I left without being seen.

Had a recent new patient visit. After being admitted to a room and speaking with the nurse I was told to undress from the top and the doctor would be in soon. I sat shirtless in the room for 45 minutes, if not longer with the thin garment they give you to cover up before deciding to peek out the door to ask staff is she would be coming. It was not an entirely comfortable first experience. I would have put my actual shirt back on if I’d known how long my wait would be. Had someone would have come back to let me know about the wait, that would have been appreciated, but I had to wander out w/o my top on to ask about being seen. Visit only lasted about ten minutes for all the time I’d waited and felt a little brushed off.

Dr. Klade is amazing, she is a caring and a kind Physician. Dr. Klade takes her time to listen and ensures you understand the process and plan to move forward towards recovery. There are very few genuine caring Physicians, my family is lucky to have her expertise to assist with our medical needs.

Dr. Klade was amazing from the start. Very compassionate and listened to my wants during my consult for breast cancer. She is super calm and understanding. As I told her I have never in my 62 years met a doctor like her. A million stars if I could. Shout out to her team as well.

For a1st time meeting, The office could inform people when we are waiting on the doctor instead of writing it on a board but other than that very nice. Dr. Klade was very nice and informative. She took the time to talk to me and explain the end and out of my issue. Look forward to seeing her again
