Dr Frangella delivered my baby and her bedside manner and the overall calm environment made it the best possible experience. I also was very pleased with her during my in office visits prior to delivery, she welcomed my questions, I was very comfortable and she was always pleasant to interact with.

We visited her just once as reception staff advised us to see all doctors in the group while scheduling our appointments. As usual we had to wait more time to see a doctor in this group though appointment scheduled. She was in all rush for nothing in our monthly visits, and not showed interest to answer our questions. She said oh, you see other doctors regularly but today you are here. She simply said it was all normal though the regular scanning results found few issues and so we were asked to see our doctor for more details; but we eventually ended up in termination (D&E) later after other doctor(s) here reviewed and sent us for detailed scanning. This was with our first pregnancy few years back when we were living in Naperville.

She is very thorough.

I would have loved to be a new patient of yours, however after waiting for 3 hours and 15 minutes for a live person with the Duly Health & Care answering service to pick up the line, I found another Doctor who's office answered immediately & booked my appointment. I'm sure you're a great doctor but I strongly suggest a new answering service to avoid this issue of losing potential patients. Good luck.

I had surgery with Dr Frangella. She was awesome in everything.

Dr. Frangella delivered by baby and was so kind and always listens to your concerns.

If the doctors at this location so far she wsa the least pleasant. She seemed annoyed when I asked questions, rushed and uninterested in my concerns. When I asked for clarification regarding my upcoming appointments to answered in a rude matter of fact way. I am not sure if she was having a bad day, but i truely hope she will not be delivering my baby.

Dr. Frangella was recommended to me by a friend who loved her and needed a sensitive, compassionate doctor after a miscarriage. I was nervous and emotional when at my very first appointment, as I wanted to talk about family planning and my worries I might not able to get pregnant easily. Dr. Frangella spent a great deal of time with me, showed a lot of investment, listened for a long time, never rushed me and came of with a plan of care I was comfortable with. She put me at ease, and I have never found myself to like a doctor this much.
