Dr. Olsen is thorough, patient and approachable. Knows his stuff!

His manner of care was suspect. He made out of line comments toward my daughter that I was not comfortable with. Im not a "me too" type person, but he should have better discrimination than kissing little girl children and talking about how beautiful they are. Furthermore, he really made an error of judgment that could have costed my child's life. Literally when it was brought to his attention, he did not care. RUN!

Dr. Olsen is the best pediatrician. He has treated my three daughters since infancy. He shows genuine interest and does not rush us out like other doctors. In fact, if I have a significant concern, Dr. Olsen will schedule us for the last appointment specifically as to not rush through the appointment. My kids love Dr. Olsen and feel very comfortable with him. I would highly recommend him.

My son has a rare disease. A nurse at Edward Hospital told us he was the only Pediatrician who could handle it and work with his specialists appropriately. We left another practice and came to Dr. Olsen. And the hype was real. He's been excellent. His upfront staff can be a challenge, but as far as doctor care, he is the best in Naperville. Thank god we switched to him.

I have taken my kids to Chad Olsen for over 15 years. He establishes trust with the children at a young age, is able to explain annual expectations and med conditions at a parent/child level and takes the time to learn about his patients and their families personally and professionally. As he has added to his prof. staff over the years, he has continued to select those who fit the office/patient culture and they too quickly earn the trust & respect his patients have come to expect and love

Hands-down best pediatrician around!

We love Dr. Olsen! He has a fantastic demeanor with kids and is so patient and understanding. Always listens to any concerns and is terrific with both our kids. The office staff are also great! We can always get in same day or next day with sick kids.

Phenomenal is an understatement! Dr. Olsen goes above and beyond his call of duty! He has taken care of my 5 boys, some with medical conditions and he relates to any age. He gets to know the family and makes each visit a personal one!

I took my child for his 17 month check up and vaccines and did not like the way he was treated by two of the nurse. The nurse that weight him push him again the board twice, after she ask me to hold him. The nurse that gave him is vaccines, press the needle against his thigh and move it side to side. The first vaccine was fairly quick. Their explanation was that this is standard procedure. I have an older child has been treated at this location and never had this experience before.
