Charles E Miller's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Miller is an incredibly kind and skilled physician. He had me in surgery within 3 weeks. His front office staff however, is horrible. I have never heard a "good morning" or a "thank you". They are all incredibly condescending and rude. None of them smile and I couldn't tell you any of their names because they never introduce themselves. I just have to remember that I'm here for his skill and that's it. I can fight and advocate for myself for anything else I feel I need. Stephanie, the surgery scheduler and Lisa, the prior authorization rep have also been nothing short of wonderful.

Any doctor that doesn’t have time to listen to what you have to say and tells you right off the bat that he doesn’t deal with negativity because he determines your general questions are negative because he doesn’t want to answer them or is having a bad day and says if you don’t like it, you can find another doctor is not someone that I would wanna be bothered with and unfortunately he gets paid a lot of money because women wanna have children. I can’t believe they rescheduled our appointment, and when I simply asked him why would they change the appointment if it was gonna still be scheduled at the same time and he tells me I didn’t shake his hand at four in the morning when I did shake his hand and then try to hit me with it. I don’t like the scheduling because he had to At our chart that we can basically go somewhere else that says a lot about a doctor

I have been meaning to leave a review for sometime… I remember reading all the negative reviews but was personally recommended by 3 people that have gotten successfully pregnant. At the end of the day this office and Dr Miller got me pregnant, they are an extremely busy staff because of their success rate. Did some things piss me off yes but that’s what happens when you deal with a sought out doctor. Give them time and be patient it is part of the process. I now have a beautiful baby girl thanks to Dr Miller and his staff! All the people that have had great experiences and success getting pregnant do not leave reviews. I recommend this office to all women I know struggling to get pregnant! Thank you Dr Miller and staff for helping me start my family, I am truly blessed!

I can’t truly say thank you to everyone at Dr. Miller’s office enough. Becoming a surgical patient there first with Dr. Sasaki, years ago to then a fertility patient to become a mom of two boys has been a gift that I did not know would ever be possible for me! The amount of genuine care I have received over the years from the staff, but especially Kate, Dr. Sasaki, Fany, Courtney and Dr. Miller has been a true blessing and I am forever grateful to all of them. They made my dreams come true of becoming a mom! There is no better gift on earth than that!

Inquired through the website and received 3 calls in less than 2 minutes the next morning but no voicemail was left. I couldn’t answer because I was at work and didn’t know who called until I researched it. No one tried calling back. Quite disappointing for someone desperately trying to have a family. Obviously they don’t care to try 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am now holding my miracle babys through ivf,single pregnancy and twins! All with a great help of amazing Dr miller and his staff! If Your struggling with fertility his the one to go he will not waste your time or money! -One happy mom and dad.

Our experience with Dr Miller has been nothing short of excellent. Our first consultation was scheduled very quickly and he even took the time on a Sunday to help us! Don’t think many doctors would do that. My wife had a procedure done and he personally did it and explained everything to us. I respect his direct and honest feedback as to what is going on and how to fix it. I don’t think he sleeps, our procedure was at 615am and he had others before us, he is always working and he does care about his patients. Highly recommend Dr Miller.

I unfortunately have never experienced Dr. Miller, but I did experience his associate, Dr. Sasaki. Please avoid her at ALL costs!!! I suffer from endometriosis and received a laparoscopy from Dr. Sasaki (2021). Going into the surgery, I was confident I would come out feeling like a completely different pain-free woman. I WAS SO WRONG. I woke up in excruciating pain! I was told it was because I just had surgery, but I knew something wasn't right. Day one post surgery was hell. I was in the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life. Existing was complete agony. I called the 24 hour nurse and no one called me back. They NEVER called me back, and there are bogus rules about calling more than once (you get put to the end of the line). When I was finally about to make an appointment with Sasaki (MONTHS later), she told me there was nothing more she could do. She scheduled an ultrasound and the TECHNICIAN told me I need to "re-think" my pain because she didn't see anything wrong. I lost all hope with this practice. It's the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in my short amount of life. After my surgery, I must have had 25-35 doctors appointments to figure out my pain. After flying across the country to help mitigate my pain, my doctor noticed something VERY UPSETTING!! Sasaki TORE my LABRUM DURING MY LAPAROSCOPY (proven by 5 different doctors). Sasaki, you took away my life by putting me in excruciating pain. For almost 2 years, I walked around with my labrum torn 75%. I lost friends, jobs, education, and my chosen career. For the longest time, this avoidable mistake made me want to die. What young woman wants to get dozens of surgeries and/or injections into their pelvic floor? This surgery was supposed to change my life for the better. Instead, my life was robbed in an irreplaceable way. Please, for the love of god, avoid this "doctor." Wait for Dr. Miller if you have to go to this practice. Do not settle for the butcher.

Years of negative pregnancy tests and tears came to an end thanks to the brilliant Dr. Miller and his amazing staff. I have an 8 month old sleeping on my chest thanks to him. My husband and I went to a different Chicagoland clinic before ultimately choosing to go with Dr. Miller after personally knowing (and meeting) many of his babies. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Miller and his staff more in making your dream of becoming parents into a reality.
