List of Cicily Jones's Reviews
She's been my PCP for many years, very thorough and patient. When I had the COVIOD19, she was very quick to prescribe the treatments that saved me from hospitalization.
Dr. Jones was very patient with me and answered all of my questions
Dr. Jones is one of the nicest, most competent, caring and sincere physicians I have every had the pleasure of meeting with. Her many years of experience shine through as you meet and discuss your specific medical issues with her!! She is a very science-based physician who has seen many positive outcomes with her patients and is fully invested in your well-being and your health. She goes the distance when you need support and have so many questions coming into your visits. She is patient, kind, understanding and listens and discusses each question/concern or victory in a gracious and compassionate manner. I feel like I could discuss anything with Dr. Jones and she would not judge me or make me feel bad for trying to improve my health along the way!! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jones to anyone seeking a complete and competent Primary Care Physician for you and your family!! Awesome Physician!!!
I have a co-worker who is seeing Dr. Jones and highly recommends her. My co-worker has gone to many physicians seeking care regarding her specific and unique medical needs. She has been so happy and very pleased with feeling so much better under Dr. Jones care. She has mentioned on several occasions how Dr. Jones is a highly competent, caring and intelligent Physician who is deeply concerned and invested in the well-being of her patients and looks for the best possible outcome to getting them back to their best level of health. Highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone seeking a competent and caring Primary Care Physician Experience!!!
My wife has been going to Dr. Jones for some time now and I can honestly say she is getting much better and its because of Dr. Jones and her knowledge and caring for her patients. My wife is a highly intelligent person who asks a lot of questions during her physician visits. Even if Dr. Jones is being totally honest with her, my wife knows that Dr. Jones is speaking from experience and not trying to "win over the patient" by sugar-coating the facts of her medical history. My wife works in healthcare, and she has seen a great number of physicians and has told me many times that Dr. Jones is the best!! My wife asks important questions and she does not "blame" Dr. Jones for answers that are based in medical facts. She has needed to go on a diet and she knows from speaking with other physicians, and researching the American Medical Society and other Fact Based healthcare sources, that weight loss does have a lot to do with Caloric Intake. My wife understands that for a time she may need to greatly reduce her intake to achieve her weight loss goals. Never has Dr. Jones told her to become Anorexic or take any healthcare risks. She has told her what calories she needs in an active state and a resting state. A resting state requires much less caloric intake...something like 500-600 calories because you aren't doing any activities and your body is resting...its not needing a ton of calories. I noticed a very negative review that I think was completely wrong and unfair regarding this topic. I hope if you are interested in seeing Dr. Jones you will meet with her directly, discuss YOUR SPECIFIC healthcare needs and allow her to create a CUSTOMIZED HEALTHCARE PLAN to get you healthy and enjoying your life again. My wife is looking and feeling so much better because of Dr. Jones. And she is eating more healthy and exercising more to get better. She always takes full responsibility for the advice she receives from Dr. Jones and does not blame Dr. Jones for being truthful, honest and caring. I highly recommend her!!!! She has helped us immensely!! Thank you Dr. Jones.
I can honestly say that Dr. Cicily Jones is one of the most competent, caring and invested Primary Care Physicians I have ever visited in my 59 years on this earth!! I have had medical issues since I was in my teens and I have been in the care of a physician for over 40 years. This practice has taken care of myself and my husband, and both our parents. Dr. Jones goes above and beyond for her patients and my care experience is no exception. She is a bold and forward speaking physician who does not sugar coat the truth. Patients who ask questions who get the truth and then get upset or angry should not be seeing someone with the experience and poise of Dr. Jones. They should look for a physician who is going to tell them what they want to hear to get a good Google Review!! Dr. Jones is extremely competent and her "years of experience" are invaluable in her care of her patients. She doesn't back down from important life-saving conversations with her patients and she will identify important life-style changing aspects of the patients responsibility to follow-thru with their own care as well. We as patients are responsible when we leave the physician office to follow-thru on our promise to ourselves to care for ourselves and act on the important Physician Directed instructions provided by Dr. Jones. She is so invested in her patients that she goes above and beyond to answer their many questions. I recommend many colleagues, friends and family members to Dr. Jones and have never heard a negative word or review. Only exceptional care comments and results. If you are seeking a physician who is invested in you as a person and a patient, who cares immensely about you and your health, then look no further and schedule a time to meet with her. She is OUTSTANDING!! If you just want to complain on Google and not move your life in the right direction, then this is not the physician for you!! I have been to many physicians, seeking a lot of care, and Dr. Jones is the best.
My designated PCP was Dr. Panikker, but this location was convenient so I accepted the staffs urging to come see Dr. Jones. Any time I asked to change to Dr. Panikker, I felt almost like they were begging me to stay w Dr. Jones. I shouldn’t have listened and should have switched right away from this useless doctor. (Although it does not reflect well on Dr. Panikker that she is partnered with this person, but Dr. P has glowing reviews, so that’s fine.) Dr Jones legitimately thinks that an adult female body at rest needs 500 calories to sustain itself. She informed me I needed to be at 1200 calories or less - starvation levels - because I needed to lose weight despite me telling her I had tracked calories for months if not a year and stayed at 800-1200 daily with no difference made to my weight, that I lifted and did cardio and ate dinner at 6-7 so I had time to burn it off. She repeatedly talked over me, was very dismissive, and even went so far as to say “well, calories in, calories out, it works for everyone else, guess you’re the exception and I have no answers.” How am I supposed to even interact with a doctor dumb enough to think calories in and calories out is legitimate science? Only idiot dude bros with podcasts believe that. Everyone knows how hormones, sleep, stress, micro biome environment, diet, affect weight. She asked me nothing about sleep or my general diet or any of my habits before saying that it was clearly a Me problem. She also told me, after saying I should eat 1200 calories or less a day (which I can easily do and sometimes eat less than - let’s just call it what it is, an eating disorder), that I should skip dinner. She seems exactly like what a lot of these other reviews said - the kind of doctor who dismisses what you say, doesn’t care, and focused too much on weight with no actual expertise in any of it. Not only is she ignorant, she’s dangerous if she’s out here telling people to eat so little and skip meals and “calories in calories out.” (Remember kids, only 25% of med schools teach nutrition and of them the average is 11 hours of nutritional study per the entire medical program which is several years.) I wouldn’t trust her opinion on the weather if she were reading time the days forecast. I’m going to try her partner Dr Panikker and see if she believes the same unsupported things and advocates for eating disorders and if so (it doesn’t bode well that she’s partnered with someone like Jones) then I will certainly switch PCPs. Read the other reviews, and make your own decisions, but I know I wish I had taken the other reviews more seriously instead of being optimistic and trusting. I’d get more legitimate medical advice from a billboard on men’s hair loss.
Dr. Cicly Jones is one of the most competent, caring and accomplished Primary Care Physicians I have every met with. I have been a patient in the healthcare system a long time and seen a great deal of physicians and specialists, and Dr. Jones brings a level of competency and knowledge that is outstanding!! She is a stellar individual who cares deeply about her patients. She will go above and beyond to help her patients understand the important next steps in getting better and the science behind her decisions. She will advocate for her patients in the hospital system and with specialists she may need to collaborate with during your care journey. If you are looking for a physician who is invested in you as an individual and wants the very best for your health outcomes, I would highly recommend you visit with Dr. Jones. You will not be disappointed and your will enjoy a better healthcare experience!! Highly recommend!! 10+ Stars!! Thank you Dr. Jones for caring enough to walk this journey with me and get me to a better place in my health!! I will always recommend you to anyone seeking the best medical care experience!! Keep being a Great Physician and lovely human being!!!
I saw this "doctor" a few years ago when she was affiliated with the Bolingbrook Hospital. She was very rude & unprofessional. Her demeanor was abrasive from the beginning. She called me a fat, lazy American & was yelling. Her receptionist & other patients waiting in the lobby heard her. I see that she's now affiliated with Edward Hospital & Central Dupage Hospital. Makes you wonder why she went through different hospitals. I would NEVER go to this "doctor" again!
Just read the reviews above, not surprised. She has never been able to answer a single one of my questions. Most useless medical professional I’ve ever had. Ended up switching to Rush.
