Amazing Dr., best I have Ever gone to. Removed kidney stones and explained everything thoroughly. Awesome bedside manors and extremely professional. Dr. Scott personally called me on 3 occasions to walk me through everything and to see how I was feeling. Best Urologist in Chicago land! Highly recommend!!

My son diagnosed inguinal hernia by Craig Smith MD on January. We have been waiting for more than two months for my son's surgery date. Every time we called, they will call us soon but I didn't get any calls. I can't believe that hospitals can neglect patients like this. It is very frustrated and bad experience!

Dr. Smith is amazing. I just had my 2nd experience (2 different issues) with him. In both instances, he was very caring and professional. He quickly diagnosed my issues and clearly explained my options. He and his wonderful staff helped expedite my last surgery due to the pain and discomfort I was in. In both cases, he went well above and beyond what even a good doctor would do. I highly recommend Dr. Smith.

Dr Smith is great but the wait time is ridiculous. Every time we come here with our toddler the wait time on average is 1.5 hours. Today’s visit is tracking to be 2 hours late. I understand being busy , he’s an amazing urologist but then the practice shouldn’t jam pack and overbook the schedule. No point in appointments if we have to pad them by two hours. It’s really tough with a child.

Dr. Smith is a caring considerate physician. He took time to explain my test results and trends over the years, along with my condition. He answered all my questions while outlining exactly how an upcoming test would be performed. I’m a new patient of his but was greatly impressed with him.

Dr Smith is an awful doctor! Slow at responding and giving results to tests. Takes weeks to get any information. Is always late and only spends 10-15 min in the office with you. He is awful at explaining anything and in my opinion sucks at being a doctor. He has a hard time trying to explain anything to you. My guess is because he doesn’t know what he’s looking at
